My DB New Manga (In Work)

What you would expect of the title above, I'm working on my new manga in "movie" style, which means there will be no "pauses". I have been planning on making manga for months and I got pretty good ideas of what will happen in the story. Kendamu will be helping me to get in the "right" direction. I will do what you will expect from me. Right now I'm working on the manga cover. The "manga" title will be purely in Japaense. You can decide which one of these 3 titles will be chosen for this manga. The title will be picked with the most votes.

Character Development:

Vegeta: A proud Saiyan prince, but his pride is not the same as he used to have during DB series in manga. In this manga he has established himself as an equal to Son Goku in term of power and strength. After Goku "died", Vegeta furiously told a villain he will avenge "Kakarrot".

Son Goku: He is the main character of the series. He has a fun personality and a friendly Saiyan who was raised on Earth. He was thought to have died in this manga. He still trains, even during the time of peace. No change in his development.

Son Gohan: A son of Son Goku and Chi Chi. He decided to train a little bit after his marriage with Videl, a girl he hung out with during his high school years. He is same Gohan he was during his fight with Majin Buu. He never lost his "ultimate" power-up and is still now one of the strongest allies.

Goten/Trunks: The duo has been lacking off the training and has forget the fighting style a little bit but their powers are not to take lightly. Both are attending Orange Middle School with cramped lifestyle, much like Gohan in his first few days in High School.

I am still uncertain with the appearances of Piccolo, Yamcha, and Tenshihan.

Storyline:
The story takes place 5 years after the death of Majin Buu. Everyone has been enjoying the peace that should have remained firm during Goku'sw visiting to Tenkaichi Tournament. But the peace continues to be on its peak until a mysterious person appears...

The main villain is an immortal legendary Super Saiyan who was said to have appeared 1,000 years ago, the same little story Vegeta mentioned during Freeza arc and will be explored on that.

There are many surprise elements that will be presented in the story, and I really hope everyone will enjoy reading my new manga. The manga will be released every 10 pages. I will reveal more info as time progresses.

An intriguing prospect indeed...

I second that request for artwork samples, as I really want to see what the Z Senshi and the main villain will look like. I hope the story is good and all that's left to say is...good luck!

As for the title, well, based on the translations I like the first one. I think it has the best ring. My second choice would be the second one. (Again, this is just based on the translations since I can't read Japanese...and I have no idea how they would sound as such.)

For the title, I'd go with either number 2, or the first half of 1 and the second half of 2.

I started the cover. Sadly, I wont be able to get on-line because I don't have internet at home anymore. I have to use someone's computer. I doubt they would let me use it frequently.

Considered it done. Choazu is actually quite simple to draw. He is too roundy lol.

When I finish the designs and samples, I will be sure to post them as soon as possible.

Hmmm If you're looking for constructive criticism I'd say that you're art still needs to improve by some margin if you want to captivate readers interest as like DBMU are doing. I'm not saying I'm a master myself but maybe if you could rework your proportions or maybe do more free hand. Otherwise I love the idea and looking forward to seeing what you can do

Here, check out this site. It was the first tutorial I read up on the basics of anatomy and proportions, and it got me on the road for the proportionate drawings that I now draw. The page I linked to is just one of many of their tutorials, and they have some really good beginners tutorials.
