Um, hellooooooo, kev! When has FUNimation NOT taken the opportunity to force otherwise silent characters to talk... or add a bunch of dialogue into a silent flashback? I can't remember if Freeza actually spoke in that montage in the original version, but I would bet probably every possession I own that he will be chatting it up in the dub either way. They've already said Linda Young's returning as Freeza on the Funimation blog, back when they announced the returning cast and the changed roles.

but for the most part they force a lot of off-screen dialog. ESPECIALLY during flashbacks.
Like Vegeta's first super saiyan transformation flashback.

Well, there is dialogue in hte flashback, just so you all know. So let's hope that Linda Young can pull off a good Freeza this time around. Think Sabat'll have her do the awesome laugh that Ryūsei Nakao does? I'm sure she could do it well with enough practice.
