Who has the most haxxed abilities

I'm not sure if this thread was done before, and which character has the most haxxed abilities in the series? I would go with Janemba since he can use his teleportation involves consciously restructuring his body due to his reality manipulation powers which makes him very hard to kill.

I'd go with Cell. Regeneration, his power increases when he is brought to the brick of death, and he could perform most of the techniques in the series.

At least Cell had a reasonable explanation for his special abilities. Majin Buu, it's just out of the blue and really cheap.

He can use any kind of magic, his body is like bubblegum, and he is strong as hell without doing anything. He can also absorb anyone he wants and gain their power and abilities.
And he is a hell of an architect. Just look at the house he built.

Most haxxed defensive ability: Majin Boo's regeneration. Even if he's reduced to dust or smoke, he can completely reform himself and come out of it every bit as powerful as before.

Most haxxed special ability: The "zenkais" that Saiyans receive. Just lost a battle, badly? No problem! Heal yourself up, and you'll discover you've been powered up and enabled to kick their ass in return! If you're lucky, and get to abuse the system enough, then the increases will just get bigger and bigger and bigger until eventually, BAM! You're a Super Saiyan, the (naturally) strongest type of being in the mortal universe!

I've never heard the word "haxxed" before, but based on everyone's comments I assume it means cheap or unfair. In that case, I'd have to go with Buu. He can regenerate even if his head is blown off.

I think Buu has the best haxxed abilites in the manga, and I think the second most broken character in the Anime/movies would be Metal Cooler in my opinon. Since as long as the Big Gete Star still exists, he should regen from a single molecule. Also cannot be harmed in the same way twice and become extremely stronger than before.

Yeah, like Rocketman said, that was anime-only filler. In the manga, the Kienzan has cut through EVERYTHING it's ever made contact with. Nappa, solid rock, Freeza, and even Majin Boo.
