I like the recaps. I'm able to follow along in my head with my memories of the show. I mostly listen to the podcast in my car so it gives me something to think about while I'm driving.
Driving is boring.

Haha, yeah, I remember that! I was so happy that my e-mail on the subject was read on the podcast. =P Yeah... I'm lame. But I still like hearing my stories, especially since I've since (hah) moved and no longer have my manga with me. Back then it was just because it was fun having story time and pretending I was Jeff, reading for the first time.
I guess the good news is is that, if you don't like the recap, you can always fast forward to the analysis. Everybody wins!

Nice podcast! I enjoyed listening to it during my long boring train-trip. Its too bad Jeff pretty much knows what happens in the Cell Games, because it's always nice to hear some speculation of someone who doesn't know what will happen.
As for the Trunks segment, the sooner the better.
And the summaries of the manga shoud stay of course. This story just doesn't get old you know?

Like me~!Porphy wrote:Vegetto Ex: Your podcast is awesome! I have great pleasure to listen to it. But there's a segment of your show that I can't stand: when you're narrating a dragonball manga (like you do this week for volume 33). Just my two cents....but I think it's very pointless since most of your audience are DBZ fans so have certainly already read it. I have the feeling that you're reading it for blind people....
I'd vote for sooner on the Trunks special review.
The Shop music Vs FUNi Babidi theme? ... No. Just no. There's a similar choice in instrumentation at one point, but the tunes are completely different. The most we'd have would be matching key signatures, but I don't care to try and figure that out...
