Okay so you're talking about this:

I had to hunt down through the Daizenshuu EX DVD guide to figure out what you were talking about, and I only did that because you mentioned it was a DVD when I asked for more details. For future reference, when asking a question, PLEASE give as much information as you can. Some of us older people are prone to forgetting every title of every DVD; I thought you were referring to one of the "World Tournament" discs at first.

At any rate, my best explanation is a last minute change in the packaging, or just a flub on the part of the DVD authoring folks. Take the Gamecube game release of "WWE Wrestlemania X8": the packaging still had the WWF logos and such, even though the software had the WWE stuff on it. Due to being done in separate channels, mistakes like these can and do happen.

With that many releases out there, it is quite impossible to remember the lot of them.

I know it is kinda hard to remeber, but if you heard the title you would remeber and plus opening ceremony dvd just came out just not too long ago. I'm suprise you guys couldn't regonize the title.

Not everyone here lives in a country that has FUNimation as their domestic distributer. There's a gigantic foreign audience for this website. 'Cuz, you know, we spell and know things :).

Yes, you'll need to post more information on your query next time. Anyway, it looks like you're trying to find out why there is a small error of the DVD menu, by comparison to what the volume is called right? Well chalk that up to a clerical error made by the dvd authors, since it's not entirely impossible for people to misread things, and then make a mistake now and then...

When i saw the broly trailer for this dvd it says it come out on the 4th of April. I then watch the broly trailer from the 5th volume of gt lost eps. to compare and It said april 5th. So i guess another mistake in the dvd.

Don't nitpick the DVDs, it's irrelevant, and unnecessary.
