Topic Titles

Topic titles, unless phrased in the form of a question, are not complete sentences. Therefore, they are sentence fragments. Therefore, periods do not go at the end of them.

I usually edit and fix them, but I've been lazy, lately... >.>

Um...are you saying you want to use complete sentences as a topic title, or to not put periods at the end of a title (that's a sentence fragment) :?:
