Hate to nitpick, but it's "Elder Muuri" not "Elder Mori".Hero 004 wrote:Ok, I saw those androids as well as the cyborg Tao and was pretty amused, but that picture of Piccolo and a time traveling Trunks standing guard over and aged "Elder Mori" really widened my eyes. Well it's actually Elder Moori at least in the english versions. I'm not sure if it's Muuri in the Japanese version or the manga but I'm just pointing out another fact.Piccolo Daimaoh wrote:Hate to nitpick, but it's "Elder Muuri" not "Elder Mori".Hero 004 wrote:Ok, I saw those androids as well as the cyborg Tao and was pretty amused, but that picture of Piccolo and a time traveling Trunks standing guard over and aged "Elder Mori" really widened my eyes. "Elder Moori" is incorrect because it is pronounced differently to his original Japanese name, "Elder Muuri".NubescoutZ wrote: Well it's actually Elder Moori at least in the english versions. I'm not sure if it's Muuri in the Japanese version or the manga but I'm just pointing out another fact.

If you pronounce it the English way, it's correct. But if you pronounce it the Japanese way, it's incorrect.Olivier Hague wrote:'Depends on how you pronounce "Moori"...Piccolo Daimaoh wrote:"Elder Moori" is incorrect because it is pronounced differently to his original Japanese name, "Elder Muuri".

You're all wrong. It's Elder Murray and he was once a Ghostbuster.

Holy fuck, I hate to be late to the party here, but did anybody else know Yuzo Koshiro is scoring this game? That shit is awesome.

Since I'm lazy to find out myself; what has this gentleman done in the past?Rory wrote:Holy fuck, I hate to be late to the party here, but did anybody else know Yuzo Koshiro is scoring this game? That shit is awesome.
Re: Dragon Ball Online News
I just looked him up on Wikipedia. Apparently, he's composed a lot of different video game scores, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Streets of Rage, Castlevania: Portait of Ruin, Etrian Odyssey, and was responsible for the arrangement of some songs in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Now I want there to be a soundtest in the game itself. Though an OST would work, I s'ppose.Kiyza wrote:I just looked him up on Wikipedia. Absolutely, WoW, Aion, Guild Wars, they've all had full OST releases.Piccolo Daimaoh wrote:Sorry if this is a stupid question, but do they even release OSTs for online games?caejones wrote: Now I want there to be a soundtest in the game itself. Though an OST would work, I s'ppose.

Also, if you guys want some awesome video game music, play Streets of Rage, any of them. You'll know why Yuzo is the man.

Really pleased to see Tao Pai Pai in this game! That's awesome and totally unexpected. I've been hoping we'll see a "Prince Chapa" or something, a descendant of King Chapa. But I don't actually expect it to happen lol

Actually, I think the style of music I write is mostly influenced by Yuzo Koshiro's Video game music, Starwars, and DB/Z (Kikuchi and Faulconer productions both...).

Cool I'll check them out. To be honest I've never really heard of Yuzo Koshiro untill you mentioned him. I'm more of Shoji Meguro and Jun'ichi Masuda fan myself.Rory wrote: Also, if you guys want some awesome video game music, play Streets of Rage, any of them. You'll know why Yuzo is the man.
Re: Dragon Ball Online News
A major content patch from the game was just announced that brings pets into the games, adds more quests, and raises the level cap up to 55 among other things. A person I know from another forum posted some of the images he ripped from the game. Here's the images for the pets:

And he also found a picture of how Piccolo appears in the game.

And some shadowy figure that resembles Dodoria slightly.
