I've been there before, but although I can read most Japanese characters, I don't understand any of it. So a guy like me would pretty much have a hard time navigating that site. I didn't even know it's something playable...
In my attempts to go through that site I found a page that has some sort of billing plans. So even if I did read Japanese, I wouldn't play there if there's a fee.

I was voted "most unique" and "most likely to become the next existential thinker" in high school.
Yeah! I can't read Japanese either, but with the help of some of the English text, the niceys folks at @Nifty, and Babel Fish, I managed to get on there!!! It costs though, so you have to have a credit card. It's about $3.00 a month in American money. I still can't find if I have a "buddy list" in my room.
