Makes you think huh? The site I found this at (madcool.com) hasn't been updated since 2003. I want to know if anyone knows the origins of this picture. I'm pretty sure it was made by Akira Toriyama but man...Vegeta bowling though? Toriyama, what the hell is on yo' biscuit?

Judging by the numbered panels and the weird coloring, I'd say this appeared in one of the Daizenshuu volumes... but I don't know which one has those. Is it 7?

Hmm. It looks like Toriyama sensei's art. But, i wouldn't be surprised if a fan had done that.

Just ran upstairs to check my books, the above pic is indeed in Daizenshuu #7 (and the video game one is in #1....LOL, I love that one so much, so funny watching Vegeta gloating about finally beating Kakarrot ^_^)

I knew it looked official. Toriyama's work has that look to it.

By the way, Miss Spazz, is your avvie Shuuichi and Yuki from Gravitation? It's kinda small, so I can't tell, but... ^^;

I have it, it's in the last "DBZ daizenshuu", I think from #7, don't care to go look for it now and it's been forever since i opened it.

Vegeta bowling, something i really could never picture, to be honest I'd see him, beating his oponent to death with the ball before knocking down the pins.

Though, that said Toriyama's work is usually pretty easily spotted, with it's unique style. Often copied never beaten ^.^

Indeed, Daizenshuu 7... I knew I'd seen that before! There are more in there, They'd be pretty kickass addition to the site if they were translated... Any thoughts, Julian?

Well we already got to see Piccolo play a bit of volleyball thanks to Trunks and Goten. ^^

Although we did see Gohan play baseball once (was that Anime only or manga as well?).

The dutch version of the Dragonball manga has a cover with Roshi, Goku and
Krillin playing baseball.
