First off, he's not your homeboy. His name is "Akira Toriyama," preferably with some kind of respective honorific at the end.
Second.. umm... WHICH interview? You realize that the man's been doing manga for well over two decades, right...?

OK, that's only half as vague.Trunks Master Swordsman03 wrote:The Shonen Jump one.
Japanese Jump or American Jump? And he's been quoted in several American Jump issues...

He means buy the actual Shonen Jump issue with the Akira Toriyama Interview, which you can find at Viz.com. Also, I might be wrong, but isn't an interview suppose to be a question & answer kind of thing, cause after reading that it seemed more like a brief biography of Akira Toriyama than it did an interview.

Actually, they aren't. They're just consolidated, in the backs of volumes 2 and 12 (if I remember correctly).spikemcruffy wrote:Thats something that I'm dissapointed in , the questions that were in the old Viz graphic novels were left out in the new edition!

Isn't it great when things just "fall into place"?Akira Toriyama wrote:"But my editor said I'm better off giving attacks names. Kamehameha is my wife's invention. I was agonizing, 'It's Kame's attack, called something-ha! Something-ha!' She just suggested ‘Kame-hame-ha.' It was great. It was so silly that it fit Kame Sen'nin's image so well."

Same with those "Brick City Bangas" calling Lawrence Taylor, "LT".
