Super DBZ feels like a combo of SFII with the Special Moves and Tekken with the dial-a-combo.

Super DBZ really needs a sequel, I really don't get the hate at all it doesn't deserve it.

That's why he asked that. He was saying that because Super DBZ is basically a DragonBall version of Street Fighter. It's more like the older arcade-style games than modern fighting games. That's why the controls are so different. You'd probably enjoy it a lot more on an Arcade Machine. I had a hard time with the controls on the PS2 as well(Still liked the game, though).
