The joke was, Goku believes that all scientists can make space-ships.

That's... really all there is to it.

Whew, am I glad that that's what I thought the joke was. I was paranoid that I was missing out on some grand reference, and felt dumb for thinking that Goku making such an assumption was funny enough on its own. XD

And I can't believe I didn't pick up on that 'box of scraps' reference. I've only seen that movie about fifty bajillion times.

Anyway, definitely enjoyed the episode. I thought Kuririn's extended screaming was especially delightful.

I do miss Nappa. I loved it when Vegeta discovered it was Nappa who'd left his scouter on and that's how Freeza found out about the Dragon Balls in an earlier episode. That made me smile. X3

I do still enjoy TFS Vegeta though; I look forward to seeing him in future episodes.

But ARDBZ's mascot is Vegeta as well.
They need to focus less on Vegeta, more on [insert insignificant character here].
