Err, there used to be a link down in my signature... Must have deleted it when I added in the Nexus Academy RPG boards. ^^' I'll go put that back after I make this post. Should be there by the time you read this. (Just note that that particular idea is little more than idea at this point.)

Now, on another note, I was playing some more ZoE the other morning and was thinking of how the controls would need changed... A DBZ game with ZoE style combat is more than doable, and it'd be a great game I think... We should flood them with e-mail and mail demanding one... that might at least get them thinking about it. :/

There are no words to describe just how much of a bad idea that would be.

If anything it would convince them not to do the opposite.
Imagine if you had a child whining in your ear all day long to do something, would you be in any mood at all to do that specific thing? XD

The concept of merging the two games... you must be huffing paint fumes.

Yes, in fact if I were directing the creation a DragonBall game, and pissant fans were bugging me to merge two games of different genres, and different types altogether, I would can the whole project just to spite them.

I finally played Sagas this weekend, and I must say it deserves every low grade it gets.

The presentation is VERY rushed, the cutscenes are annoying with their constant "tint to red" and multiple windows flying about. The graphics just don't really appeal, and they're goofily animated at all times.

The game froze once through my playthrough, characters would get "paralyzed" and need to be woken up by being hit, and even the objective menu at the beginning of each level slides down at a laughably choppy rate.

So while I would give the game a 3/10, because it's apparent they rushed this just so they could make money off of it, I absolutely had a blast playing it.

2 player co-op might have gone a long way to help, especially when combined with Friendly Fire. Who says you can't "ascend" in flight? An uppercut will fix that  .

It's seriously a terrible game, but I think it had some good ideas. The execution was completely god awful however, so don't buy this game if you're looking for anything remotely solid.

You are the first person I have ever seen that was against that concept... ZoE's combat system is almost perfectly designed for a Dragonball Z game, so you must be the one huffing paint fumes if you think it's a bad idea.

This is getting terribly off-topic; please cease. Thanks!

Guess what? According to Gamestop, Sagas is the #1 selling Gamecube game right now, and #4 for X-Box. On PS2, however, it didn't even break the top 10.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

We're incredibly desperate for Budokai III...we'll do anything to make Atari smile upon the Gamecube.

Even though I have the PS2 version of Budokai 3, I'll probably get the GC Version just for the extras.

I just finished Sagas and I really don't think it's as bad as everyone says. We may have expected more out of it, but as a Final Fight fan I must say I enjoyed it. The only bad points I found were too little moves.(Vegeta only has a Gallick Gun?), Too many useless moves. (You only need the special move and the teleportation move) and way too easy bosses.

The game has some good points though:
-Just nuking the environment is cool. Who doesn't want to blow Namekian houses to hell with Vegeta?
-Combat looks cool when you use the teleportation a lot.
-2 player, Final Fight like mode.
-The cutscenes looked rahter cool, with the multiple windows.
-Pendulum room. Brolly and one-armed Gohan vs Nappa? You got it.

I would give the game a 7.

Things I learned from this game:
-Roshi knows everything about Saibaman, especially purple ones
-Nappa can't detect your Ki when you're hiding behind a bush
-Vegeta is way stronger than Freeza 2nd form
-Goku can beat 6 Cell jrs simultaneously
-The Z-senshi don't learn moves, they BUY them
-Bulma knows everything about the Ginyu Force, even though she didn't saw them once

Just as talkers, not actually playable.

I actually kinda liked Sagas. But then, I also liked Final Bout.

Wow I keep learning new DBZ facts. What a game!

-Whenever Goku launches a Kamehameha, rocks scatter everywhere, even when there aren't rocks around.
-Ginyu REALLY likes to dig.
-Enemies pose when Gohan prepares to launch a Masenko.
-Nobody in DBZ can fly. They kind of hover from the highest point in the arena.
-Gero made approximatly #750 prototype androids before he made the step to more advanced androids
-Appearantly Vegeta left Goku after he was sure that Ginyu was beaten. both the sub and dub made Vegeta look like a traitor.
-Vegeta can easily beat Freeza in his second form by punching him whie he's down

When you fight Ginyu, he behaves like a mole on steroids en digs tunnels the whole time. After a while he'll pop out of the ground so you can attack him, but nog long afterwards he starts digging again.
