Goku's Charisma

I just realized that Goku must have a lot of charisma. I mean, look, many people who wanted to outright murder him (Piccolo Jr., Vegeta, Buu, etc.) end up becoming his friends (well, Buu's was because of Satan, but he's still Goku's friend)! I have a lot of friends, and a lot of enemies as well, but I've never made a friend from an enemy. How does he do it...?

I think it's just Goku's idiotic, naive innocence that grabs people. Just like Homestar Runner...

I've made 1 friend from an enemy. Good times. Although, I've turned a friend into an enemy as well, so... don't give me a point on the charisma scale. Heh.

I disagree with putting Piccolo in there. It was being around Gohan that changed him. As for everyone else, well ya, it's true, even Kuririn started out as his rival.

But still, the point is he became Goku's friend as well. I'm not saying that all of them changed because of Goku, I'm saying they ended up his friend...

Goku can win over a lot of people and yes his charisma is part of it, you just have to see him in DB to se eit its not that hard. He won over Yamcha, Krillin and Vegeta for christsakes. And Piccolo was won over by Gohan who used the same Goku like charm, so really if he'd been given the chance it may have been possible for Goku to win Piccolo over too.

that's very true. that also has to with the fact goku has never killed anyone except kid buu and even him he din't really kill as he came back in a good form.
