You know, I also love how much this opening hypes up Gohan... it's very appropriate.

The new ending theme actually kind of reminds me of "Don't You See?". I actually think it is a decent song, although not very fitting. I still like it better than "Zenkai Power" though... The Next Episode Preview remix is beautiful though...
New ending!

Dam Keyhole, I only saw the first 10 seconds of the ending. From what I saw of the ending, I didn't really like it that much.

That first Gohan shot in the new opening animation where you see him from behind and he's got the cape on and stuff is really cool looking! It's the most memorable part of the opening that I could catch.

The ending song is ok, it doesn't have that Dragon Ball feeling to it, but I wasn't really expecting it to. It was decent.

I still like "Zenkai Power" better than either Kai ED. Very peppy and upbeat, and very much reflecting the attitude of Gohan through most of that period of the show.

But the new OP I like a little better than "Yeah! Break! Care! Break!", at least, even if it still isn't the type of song I associate with DBZ.

Yeah, I was having serious trouble with KeyHole there, but suddenly that shot popped up for a second and I nearly gasped for breath at the sight of it.
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.

What was the second eyecatch? I turned Keyhole off to see if it would work a bit better and I missed the second eyecatch.

This isn't Dragon Ball Z, it's Dragon Ball Kai. It works pretty hard to set itself a part from it, I'd say.

For anyone having an issue with Keyhole, this link might be of interest: http://stream.gundam.eu/fujitv. I happened by it and don't have a lot of information on the stream, but it's impressive quality.

Anyway, I missed the new OP, but the ending was fabulous and I'm a sucker for anything freshly-animated.

Sorry, Goku100xKamehameha, I'm one-upping your quality.

Uh, no it doesn't. It's just a slightly repackaged DBZ.

Idol band + We-Love-Goku-Because-We're-TOEi-Syndrome ending? No thanks. Then again, wasn't fond of Care Break either.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
I'll admit, one of the reasons I love those constantly changing endings most shounen get nowadays is because so many side characters USUALLY get more screen time in them...

Not so much here. Like the animation though!
