Bio-Broly release date
I wonder how they were even able to remove 18 and still have the cover look as though it hadn't been edited at all. Good program tools I guess. *shrugs*.
Still I find it pointless to just remove her from the cover. The added sludge-like Brolli clone in the middle isn't an improvement ^_^;;

I'd rather watch the whole GT series again than sit through that piece of crap. It's just Ki blast, sludge monster Broli screams "Kakarrot!!", repeat. About a hundred times. Then it's "Kamehameha!" and the sludge freak is t3h dead.B-kun wrote:Bit harsh, aren't you?
I'll just watch it myself.People say the same thing about GT and I love it.
Most DBZ movies boils down to ki blasts VS ki blasts...
I'm actually looking forward to watching movie 11. Sure, it may be one of the weaker films in the series, but I like the idea that some of the lesser characters get some attention. Rather than having them be in the background or not in there at all, while Goku/Gohan/Vegeta/Future Trunks/Insert Saiyan Name Here take up all the action.

The bottom? If they're at the bottom, it must be a really short list... since it's my opinion that the [since none of the movies are really all that good to begin with,] only decent movie's of the lot are 1-4, 9 was okay, but mostly because of that final battle.Kodoshin wrote:Sorry you feel that way but I'd rank 2 and 3 near the bottom, 1 though is likely my favorite DBZ movie (not my favorite Dragon Ball movie overall though).
DBZ movies 2 and 3 were carried heavily by the bad guys more so than most of the other movies in the series I felt, and I just did not find them to be all that interesting a group of bad guys.
[Note: The above doesn't include the movie(s) after 11, as that is as far as I am as of yet.]
I agree...Chibi Mystic Gohan wrote:Broli disgraces Broli.
Thats great, we disagree, fine. But could you at least tell me what you liked about those movies (thus far all you've done in this thread is say that my opinion sucks and that I have something against quality)?
As far as 2 went the only thing I really liked much was Gohans song.
As far as movie 3 goes, it would be the scene with Yamucha crashing his expensive new air car.

It's all pretty cut and dry...
I liked the villians, the battles, some of the dialogue, and the little story there was to the three. They're just a completely different quality [art style is somewhat different too,] than the rest of the films.
Other than that, I am not really sure what else it is... but the movies just seem to have an overall quality every other release is lacking, especially the later ones, when Goku can turn Super Saiyan... the quality of the battles kind of flies out the window.
[Look at Deadzone for instance, in the Goku battles with Garlic Jr's henchmen, these were fast battles that were of a completely different quality than what Toei gave us with movie 4, and on ward, and even in the series.]
