A good portion of the Goku VS. Cell filler.

Anoyoichi Budôkai, definitely. I loved that arc. Reminded me a lot of the Tenkaichi Budôkai arcs in DB...

I'd have to say SSj 2 Goku vs. Kid Buu. Ignoring the fact that it made Vegeta look like a total n00b later on in the series, it was some nice action for a change, and was beautifully animated on top of that. And I'll gladly take SSj 2 vs. Buu filler rather than base vs. Kid Buu, which I wouldn't put beyond Toei.

Second would probably be Goku & Vegeta vs. Buuhan, because of the reasons stated above. Great action, and the animation was top-notch. And on top of that, it was quite enjoyable in the FUNi dub.

Master Thief Haskey is my favourite filler, purely for that one joke.

That's a tough one. I don't have a particular opinion when it comes to the original series, but I really liked the Gohan training montages in Z--they really covered his character development well in a way that wasn't really portrayed again after that point.

That chase for Chi-chi's dress was hillarious in point of art, because you can see the future art from Z most noticeably in the last episode and after that, the first Z episode is drawn in Dragon Ball style again

I like most the filler gap between Red Ribbon Army and 22st Tenkaichi Budokai and my most favorite episode is when Goku goes to demon world, that creepy intro is awesome and I think that Shu's gi suits Goku pretty well and your eyes got some rest from that infamous red one..... I like Shu's clothes better on Goku

All the filler was good to me. It completed most of the battles in Dragonball.

I liked the pre 22nd Budokai filler that had Goku go into the demon world. Also, I really liked the Time Chamber filler that had the Z warriors fighting the old Saiyans.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

While searching around for some footage that doesn't exist, I stumbled across some good filler that I forgot about. In the anime, they "spiced up" Gohan's first Super Saiyan transformation in the Room of Spirit and Time a bit. They had Gohan actually scolding Goku for being too soft on him, and insisting that he actually had to push him and be rough like Piccolo in order to make any progress. It eventually led to Goku firing him with an SSj-powered Kamehameha that would have killed Gohan if he didn't transform, which he did.

I'd say that was one of the best filler scenes in DBZ. I also liked Goku's flashback during the Cell Games.

Of all the filler scenes mentioned I haven't heard about my fav which is Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu fighting the Ginyu Force (Ginyu Tokusentai) on Kiao-sama's planet. This is the last time I feel (with the exception of Tien Shinhan in the Cell and Buu arcs and even then that was minor) that they kicked any major ass in the series.

Wow not mentioned yet. Just throwing this out here as one of the funniest fillers.

Most of Gohan's filler adventures while training under Piccolo were neat.

Goku and Piccolo's driving test was funny.

I also like when Goku got caught up looking for the Dragonballs before the Cell Game and he was tricked into playing that mind game with the stupid metal rings or whatever while the bad guys tried to get away.

Yamcha being a professional Baseball player, shows that at least one of the heroes has an actual paying job and it just fits him perfectly.

Why the outfit hasn't been one of his alts in any game is beyond me though.

I like all filler, but, driving episode, and Otherworld Tournament.
Oh, you think the Grand Tour is your ally, you merely stepped into the Grand Tour. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn’t see the Super until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

I'm actually gonna go out on a limb and say that this is better than the SSJ2 transformation. Gohan isn't acting like a complete baby.

The Pilaf and Master Thief Haskey episodes added to the Red Ribbon arc were all hilarious.

Nearly all the Saiyan arc training filler is golden. One of the series' best uses of an episodic format.

Goku interacting with mother-fucking Tao Pai Pai before the Cell Games is one of the best things ever.

I really enjoy most of the Great Saiyaman filler. Like a comedy version of the Saiyan arc, it made good use of an episodic run.

And finally, Super Saiyan 2 Goku vs Kid Buu is probably the greatest filler portion of any fight in the series. The animation is stunning.

The afterlife tournament arc and that episode in Dragon Ball where Goku goes into the Demon Realm are my favourites.

The chaos we see when Piccolo Daimao makes his coup and announcement (prisoners demanding to be released and committing crimes, etc.) because we actually get to see the repercussions of his rule, which the manga didn't really get into.

Also, any padding of fights in the Buu arc because I felt that the Buu arc fights in the manga were a bit too short at times. Ultimate Gohan vs. Super Buu and SSJ3 Goku vs. Kid Buu for instance are only a few panels long so I'm glad they were padded out more in the anime.

I'd have to say Ginyu teaching Freeza's soldiers how to pose. That, and GT.
