I personally believe that Sabat's Vegeta from the FUNimation dub is the funniest of the lot.
Here are a few I can remember off the top of my head, they may not be perfectly accurate but they go along these lines:

Vegeta to Android 19:
You're nothing but a tin can fresh from the factory with no warranty, and guess what? You're broken.

Vegeta to Cell:
I find it hard to believe my cells are in your body. How could you have turned out so ugly? What a waste! Although it's obvious where you've gotten most of your strength.

Goku and Vegeta after escaping from the innards of Buu:
Goku: Hey look Vegeta! People popcorn!
Vegeta: What is he on?

Buu's knock knock joke:
Buu: KNOCK KNOCK!
Vegeta: Who's there?
Buu: Buu!
Vegeta: Buu who?
Buu: Aww, don't cry. Everyone has to die sometime!

Goku and Vegeta inside Buu's stomach:
Goku: Wow, what's that smoke?
Vegeta: Idiot! You're being digested! That smoke is coming from your roasted carcass you moron!

Not sure what it was in the original but theres a scene where Buu is walking through a city and is face to face with a girl up against the wall and says " Why you tease Buu?" I always thought that was hilarious.

And also the scene in DB where Kid Chichi is talking about how they are on a date and Goku is supposed to think of the most enjoyable thing possibel and talk her into it, paraphrasing of course.

LMAO, There were a couple other lines Vegeta said when he was fighting Semi-Perfect Cell that triggered my giggle-box. xD

1.) "Your the one who started this game,and now that your losing it's no fun anymore.... Your just a big BABY!

2.) Cell - Vegeta.. allow me to achieve my final perfect form. As a Saiyan you can appreciate the challenge.

Trunks - Father no!... He's deceiving you!

Cell - What do you say Vegeta?

Vegeta - You still sound like A baby who's trying to get his way.

Cell - "Screams in anger" THIS ISN'T HAPPENING!!!
