I'm not arguing your point about Super Saiyan tail colors, since I don't know, but I just wanted to say that I -hate- this argument. "LOL It's GT" I hate it!!!!! It is not a valid point or counter point.

Really, because GT Goku's tail didn't go blonde when he turns Super Saiyan. It's only their hair and eyebrows that turns blonde.

I think a lot of the hate for GT among western fans has its roots in those old fan communities where power level debates (seriously) were the name of the game, and everyone got their panties in a bunch because of "inconsistancies" like Super Saiyan Gohan.

GT's not nearly as plothole-ridden nor as boring as most people make it out to be. In fact, it kind of kicks ass. Plus, Giru. Come on. Fuckin' Giru.

The only time we see a golden tail is also the only time Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan 3 with it.

So the tail only changes color in Super Saiyan 3. It was probably just a design change, but that works fine as an in-universe explanation.

And to keep this post on topic, I think there need to be more figures of Giru.
