Of course it's already been released!it's already been released since 1 day after first 4 DB Kai episodes broadcast. these bootlegs aren't ordinary bootleg it's only hold 4 episodes each disc,each episodes are presented in HD (just like it's broadcast),the clock at the top left are censored so you can't see them,it's have English subtitle and the audio is Japanese Stereo 2.0 (just like the broadcast,DVD and Blu-ray Disc) and every time DB Kai reach 4 episodes one day after the 4th episode broadcast they released them

That's on Bali and on Jakarta it's totally different or because you tourist that's why it's more expensive this bootlegs are $2 US Dollars and 2 Cents each
