And let's be reasonable. Nobody in their right mind would ever watch the entire Goku vs. Freeza fight.

What am I to do?
It feels like a conspiracy
I've ordered Boxes 2 and 3 from them and it's been fine, the packaging was pretty shitty but that was about it. It's been 10 days since I ordered Box 3 and it hasn't arrived, but it does say 10-14 days so I'm not too worried. If it's any later I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to the ash cloud.

There's a lesson for ya, don't buy from stores like that.
There's always Amazon and Rightstuff, they'll always take the customer first instead of "did we get paid" first.
If you're ordering from the UK and decide to use Amazon.com or Rightsuf there's a chance you'll be charged extra because of customs. It's easier ordering from stores like Supermart.

I actually told them in my 3rd email, ''I understand if you are busy and I accept that bla bla bla etc,'' but it is the sheer fact that they still haven't replied to any of my emails. I was looking around on the Play.com website for people to talk about this, other than ''Contact seller'' because my seller appears is not responding to me lol.

So after putzing around on and off trying to buy this in stores, I finally had to break down and just order it from Right Stuf today.

What's up with neither Best Buy nor Target carrying this in-store?

Well, the Best Buy I go to is very generous with anime, which I give props for. The one week I went after they released DBox 2, they only had DBox 1, which I didn't think much of because I thought "Oh, people must of bought it and they have to restock." I just went the other day, and only DBox 2 was there. It seems that they don't pay attention to restocking the one prior, or off visits to the store. Either way ever since I started buying off of RightStuf, I've been very satisfied getting the box sets from them.

As for Target, I very rarely shop there, so I wouldn't know.

I think Tom Dubois of "The Boondocks" said it best for me when FUNimation announced the release of the domestic Dragonbox, after buying all of the Season Sets: "MOTHERFUCK!!! SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT, PRICKS, SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIIIIIIIT!"

My local one has multiple copies of the first two, along with assorted Season Sets, but hasn't had the third one in the last week and a half. I have no idea if they sold out of their few copies and haven't restocked, or just never got it in.

I also live near the Mall of America and called the Best Buy out there. They're only selling it online, apparently. I know it's niche, but damn. I was jonesin' for some Dragon Ball and haven't started summer work yet, so it would have been nice to have had it in my hands today. Oh well.

Most Targets hardly carry any anime titles anymore. Sometimes we'll get a random Naruto volume and a Fullmetal Alchemist season set but thats about it. At our local store we have some of the DBZ season sets in the children's section but nothing else.

Best Buy is a mixed bag. Unless you live by one that was one of the top-performing stores for anime you're pretty much shit out of luck as the lower-selling stores thinned out their anime sections. Thankfully the store nearby was one of top-selling stores and we have a ton of the Dragon Boxes on the shelves for all three volumes.

Speaking of Best Buy, I went in there this past Saturday and it looks like they made room on the shelves for Kai. Its kinda crazy, the DragonBall stuff takes up about three shelves out of the entire anime section.

They say that it takes 10-14 days according to Tori-bot. You waited, at most, 7 days (9th to 16th) and then you decided to "bombard" them with emails.

Do you have any idea how many emails stores like that must get from people who just can`t seem to wait the expected time? Instead of working they either spend time answering to those unnecessary emails or hire more staff just to answer all of them.

There is absolutely no need to contact the store before the expected time has elapsed. It just makes their job more difficult.

Honestly, although I do think a store should answer all the emails clients sent them, I`m not sure if even I would answer all of those unnecessary emails...

Well how do you think I felt about getting no feedback?!
Also 3 emails can hardly be called ''bombarding'', so just don't over exaggerate.
On Play.com,it says orders should (try) be posted WITHIN two days of receiving the order.I understand they may be busy. But the fact is, it has not been posted. So is ''7 days'' 2 days within receiving the order?Obviously not.
Also, it is not the fact that I can't wait for my order.Of course I can, and I look forward to getting it.It is worrying me because I ordered Dragon Box 2 from BestPrices, through Play.com, on the same day.My Dragon Box 2 says ''posted'', and has a date of 12/5/10.
So I simply compared the two orders and thought,''Hmm...that's strange''.So I asked politely what I needed to know.
Once again, I asked politely, and did not ''bombard'' them with emails.

Have you checked your e-mails? They might have sent you a shipping confirmation but the site may not have updated your order. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation I would suggest waiting until tomorrow and if it still hasn't shipped contact Play.com not Supermart. Like rereboy said, they probably get hundreds of e-mails everyday so maybe they haven't got to yours yet.
