Yep, episodes 54-107 were never dubbed by Ocean studios.

I'm disappointed, we're on the fifth page and no one has said "Has anyone seen my arm? You can't miss it! It's GREEN!!"?

Do TFS lines count?

Freeza: "I'm making a mental list of how many times I've heard certain lines."
Namek Warrior: "Well... We're... Gonna, uhh... F**K YOUR FACE!"
Freeza: "Oh my... 12"

I just wanted a reason to post that, regardless. My apologies.

This is not a dub line exactly but was it the European version of Budokai 1 that Vegeta calls Cell an "Aunt Sally"?

It was present in the Japanese version as well

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is an "Aunt Sally"?

I can remember being taught to excuse someone's dear Aunt Sally in my middle school math classes...

I think the modern day equivalent would be calling someone a tool. It comes from this
Wiki wrote:Aunt Sally is a traditional throwing game. The term is often used metaphorically to mean something that is a target for criticism. In particular, referring to the fairground origins, an Aunt Sally would be "set up" deliberately to be subsequently "knocked down", usually by the same person who set the person up.

... Not quite, the PAL version of Budokai 1 had the Japanese audio, but some rather... bizarre subtitles at times.

I believe the line that was translated as "Oh you Aunt Sallies!!" was originally "CHIKUSHOOOOOOOO!!!!!" after Vegeta had his arm broken.

Coming from Blue Water GT, this one is funny when you think outside of the box about it:

*General Lock turns Trunks into metal and he disappears*

Pan: "You... transmitted him? What does that mean?"

Goku: "I've never heard it called that before, but it must be like our Instant Trans-location."

'Cos, you know, in the FUNimation dub it's called "Instant Transmission," and Pan doesn't know what that means, so Goku says "Trans-location," which is the Canadian dub's translation of it, so it's kinda like a... kick in the face to FUNimation... Yeah, shutting up now.

Vegeta: "That does it! Have at you!!" *Goes Super Saiyan*

Super Hades Fighter 17: "Can't you do anything other than make your hair blonde?"

Goten: *Gets hit by one of Baby's attacks*

Vallese: "Goten! Are you okay?"

Goten: Haha, yeah it's nothin' to worry 'bout. Lemme call you back a little later, okay? *Hangs up* YOU MADE ME LOOK BAD IN FRONT OF VALLESE!!

And there are parts where they use awkward translations or are a bit too literal with them(though this rarely, rarely ever happens), so it's funny hearing Baby say "Saiya Power"(like he does in the original Japanese) instead of "Saiyan Power" or when Goku refers to a single "Kamehameha Wave" as "Kamehameha Waves["Not many have taken the full force of my Kamehameha Waves and lived to tell the tale. But, like they say on my planet, turnabout is fair play, so I'm glad you're starting to put your money where your mouth is." - Goku to General Lock]."

Um, who exactly had Goku actually killed with a Kamehameha by that point? Like, that one octopus in the pirate cave? Tambourine? Luud? The Sigma Force Cannon?

Also, "full blunt"?

Also, also, "General Lock"?

I guess that's why he says "Not many."

Lol, sorry, that was my mistake. He doesn't say "Blunt," he says "Force." I'm hearing the episode while watching a movie on TV, and coincidentally a character just said "Full Blunt" so I got them mixed up, lol.

And yes, in the Blue Water dub, General Rild is called "General Lock." Don't ask me, I have no clue why. It does work with the thematic naming of the Sigma Force Cannon though, kind of, I guess... I mean nut, screw, lock? That, and General Lock is the name of an actual brand name of lock.

I don't know the exact words but this is kind of it

Nappa:"We know the balls are down here!"

Is FUNi always make these references? because I hear a lot of something like this

FUNimation sometimes shortens "Dragon Balls" down to just "balls" in character dialogue. This is maybe done to match lip flaps.
