Buu's wrong, though. Vegetto's in perfect shape. He took a Senzu from Piccolo before heading out.

I don't think he had chance to take the senzu off of Piccolo, I guess he figured there was no time to lose because it would be big trouble if he absorbed Buu.

Plus Buu can sence power levels so I think he'd notice if he was back to 100%.

About relative speed : why are Vegetto and Buu always near Broly, who is pushed at high speed by the attack? Because they are in space. They got the same speed.
With no gravity to drag you, no air to stop you, when you're going at a speed, you're keeping this speed, with no effort.
How did they gain this speed? Well, think of that, Goku's on earth, standing still, but moving very fast around the sun, ok? Namek is rotating around his own sun. So Namek and the Earth are, far away one from another, also moving at huge different speeds. When Goku teleports to Namek, he is also instantly adapting his speed to the teleportation point. Vegetto and Buu adapted their speed to Broly instantly when teleporting near him.

As for Broly, he is so Legendary-ed, that he he still transformed (and unhurt), but prisoner of the attack.

And for sound in space ("zip" for teleports), it's only heard by the one making it. Think "Star Wars"

My guess on this point would be that a successive set of close-mouthed panels are much more boring than ones with expressions partially conveyed by the movement of the mouth. Or no one told the artists and the panels were already done by the time it was too late to change back.

I did read it, thus why I didn't quote the part of the first post talking about Buu <_< I was purely talking about Vegetto, who cannot breathe in space. Sillyface.

They're both talking telepathically (probably due to no sound in a vacuum). The thing about Vegetto holding his breath and Buu not needing to is separate.

The speech bubbles used since entering the vacuum have been different for both Vegetto and Buu, so unless they edited them upon coming up with the idea it seems like they probably had it planned.
