*shrug* Well I am glad that the SSJ hair is back to it's golden color instead of the poster style pale white. That's an improvement right?

It looks pretty but it is not looking like anything extraordinary so far. I was quite tempted to go over the proverbial barrel again and buy the first Raging Blast until I saw how terrible the controls where. In fact, I have not bought a Dragonball video game since Sparking! Meteor and Super DBZ came out.

SSJ hair is supposed to be white. It turns gold in SSJ2.

So you mean to tell me 196 episodes,1 special, 9 movies, every video game ever made and Toriyama himself have been coloring the Super Saiyan hair color wrong all these years? Go figure.

Me neither. There is a clear improvement on the character models and stages.

Well actually sometimes it was shown paler in some parts of the anime and in official posters and such but it is shown golden at the same time. I guess it depended on the animators. As for not missing much I was tempted to buy Infinite World and may pick it up someday since it is really cheap now. Yeah a lot of the mini-games could be a pain but I liked the original Budokai series so much I wanted to complete my collection for posterity. Still, if I don't think a game is worth the price I won't get it and so far that has been the case. I was also tempted to get Raging Blast too but did for the above mentioned reasons in my last post and others. Besides the rule of thumb lately has been that in DBZ themed fighting games, third time is the charm.

Usually in the anime, the general rule of thumb was "SSJ fighting + aura = golden hair" and "SSJ relaxed/fighting + no aura = pale blonde/white hair". There are exceptions, but that was how it went for the majority of Z.

This is true, and it's basically how I look at it. The problem with Raging Blast was that, regardless of the aura being there or not, the Super Saiyan hair had a pasty white coloring. Even with the lighter coloring in many anime episodes, it was never that white.

When you two finally snap out of this fantasy world of yours, I suggest you go back and re-read this thread. You will find answers to your questions from quite a number of people. Seriously guys don't get your hopes up, I promise you this game isn't going to be anything we haven't seen before. If by some miracle this game ends up being the greatest Dragonball gaming experience ever, then I will steal VegettoEX's joke and eat my own boxers(I'll even video tape it for all of Diazex to see).

If that's not good enough I'm open to suggestions.

Yes, yes I will.
I will also think up the guidelines for what qualifies for being the "best Dragonball gaming experience ever," I'm just too tired to do it at the moment.

I'd also make my own thread for this, but I fear it will get locked before the games release.

I was SO hoping the new animation was for RB2. Maybe it goes with a different part of the game.

Possibly no cutscenes mean there will be dialogue like in BT3.

So I guess E3 and possibly TGS will tell us if this game is just another rehash or an actual improvement.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

Such a waste for a hadheld game, they should add stuff like that for the consoles since theres more to the console ones.

I'm telling you, Burst Limit 2 will have animated cut-scenes, I already called it.

You're squinting too hard, it's blurring your vision. The characters look ass and the environments look the same.

I know, how dare he have a different opinion from you? The bloody cheek!

Okay, so the characters look kinda ass, but in my opinion the environments look to be an improvement...!

Also, four shillings on the new animated scenes being for a game that hasn't been announced yet.
