Vegeta looks so concerned for Kuririn and Gohan...

Also, were they planning on making a road safety movie like with Dragon Ball? Maybe it didn't get animated or voiced...

Oh god, these are fantastic. Someone needs to find whatever promotional material they actually appeared in. Some kind of road safety guide/pamphlet?

I already asked about these some months back. I was the only one who was convinced this was official art rather than fanart -_-
I also saw those hanken cels on Yahoo Japan months back.

My guess is they're from some sort of rare traffic instruction book for little kids... *just a shot in the dark though*

Just look how concerned Vegeta looks :lol:

Here is an action shot of Pan which I have for sale, I don't recognise the background so it may be rare! : http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m209 ... MG0200.jpg

On another note, the cels for DBGT certainly look a lot less dull than how they look in the show itself!
