I decided to create a thread for my fan art.



Here's my most recent of Angel, the saiyan. I plan on having some Goku & Vegete fanart in the future.

She's full-blooded. The red hair & gold eyes I imagines to come from a blood line that is rare among saiyans. It's merely cosmetic. There were non black-haired saiyan in 'Z', but they were a few filler saiyans created by Toei. You could say Angel is a little alternate universe because I created her for an RPG I do with a good friend of mine.

Angel has ankles, not cankles. My style is a little bit chibi, which is why her ankles look a little chubby (or child-like). The abs aren't that bad. Angel is lean muscle, sorta like a fitness model (whom aren't uber skinny). I decided to draw abs because Angel is a saiyan and I prefer not to draw women anorexic. She is muscular and curvy like women should be.

That's cool. It was meant as a joke, but that's fine. She just looks like my ex did after she had an embolectomy in her left leg (which, we joked until the swelling went down that she had cankles). ;p

Well, she also has tits ahoy. While that's expected of a manga-style character, if you're drawing parallels to real life...well, lean muscular women typically are smaller busted, since breasts are significantly made up of adipose tissue.

I decided to draw abs because Angel is a saiyan and I prefer not to draw women anorexic. She is muscular and curvy like women should be.

I don't buy into the "like women should be" statement, since I've loved women of many varying heights and body types...but that's your call. Everyone has their own tastes.

Edit: And before you get defensive again, realize that I'm being completely lighthearted about this. I think you've got more talent than I could hope to have in this particular area, I was just pointing out something that I found humorous. Take it as you will.

Yep. Angel is her Earth name. Int he RPG I do with my friend, I revealed Angel's true name is Lychi. It's technically a fruit though that comes from an evergreen tree that is native to Asia. Angel's parents are Daikon and Kailan. Those are a type of Asian radish and broccoli (or kale) respectively. I had the latter at a Chinese restaurant last year while in Vegas. Think broccoli. but with a sweeter taste and a leafy end instead of bunches.

We have seen PLENTY of saiyans with brown hair....not to mention Vegeta bounces from brown to black.

The explanation of the Saiyans and the Tuffles even show brown haired Saiyans and those are the first ones we see. [Timeline wise]
