Fighting Omega Shenron in Budokai 3. Fuck that shit.

I'm playing with the AI on "Strong," and I've got him using Porunga's Hide, no special attacks, but some other stuff.

I've only beaten him like three times in 20+ attempts. Once with Super Vegito, once with SSJ4 Goku, and once with SSJ4 Vegeta. He keeps teleporting and shit. It's the most annoying fight ever.

I had a lot of trouble with the battle in BT2 where you're Goten and you're fighting Gohan.
Its that one that you don't HAVE to win to pass, but if you do, you unlock a story mode.
Oh, you think the Grand Tour is your ally, you merely stepped into the Grand Tour. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn’t see the Super until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

Out of the ones that I've played:

Budokai: I remember the final battle against Super Kanzentai Cell being somewhat difficult, especially after playing the Budokai sequels and Infinite World and realizing that you can't teleport behind him (I play this battle just for fun once in a while). Usually, I just have to resort to spamming Kamehameha and the knock-down moves. Still a fun battle nonetheless.

Budokai 2: It's been a long time since I've played this game, but from what I can remember, definitely Pure Buu. I had a lot of trouble defeating him.

Budokai 3: Super Yi Xing Long. Wasn't it that in this fight you keep defusing? If so, then this one.

Tenkaichi: Oozaru Vegeta with Base Goku. I was stuck on this fight for quite some time. Spamming Kamehameha is your key to victory on this one.

Tenkaichi 2: None that I can remember....

Tenkaichi 3: Had a little trouble with Pure Buu, but besides that, I didn't have much trouble in this game....

Infinite World: Pure Buu with Super Saiyan 3 Goku. I had so much trouble defeating Buu in this match due to his Warp Kamehameha spamming. I love the music during the fight, but I absolutely deplore this fight. :x

Anything out of the first Super Butoden, the AI is cheap and the controls are awful. I feel really bad for any Japanese or French citizens that bought this game at full price.

Gohan in Buyuu Retsu-den was pretty tough just because he was so freaking tiny a lot of attacks would fly over him. Goku's dancing kick is a really effective move I use often but against Gohan it doesn't do a lot of good.

I never use potaras in Tenkaichi 2 because it's already easy as hell so maybe that's why I really found the Androids tough in the History of Trunks "saga" because they'd keep spamming KI attacks due to their automatic recharging KI.

Yeah, I forgot about BT's Goku Vs. Oozaru Vegeta fight until after I posted. We had three people on rotation trying to beat that mess. -_-
Oh hey, remember this thing called the taiyoken? That Goku used in the series to escape said giant ape long enough to work on that finishing attack? Yeah. Totally worthless in the game version. -_-

In The Legacy of Goku, I'm pretty sure all boss characters took out 25% of your health per hit save for the Ginyu Force. The bosses would have been difficult if the ai wasn't awful. As it was you could just lead them to a small object in the environment, such as a rock, get behind it and they'd be too stupid to walk around it and would just walk right into it and from the other side you could punch them till they died.

In it's sequel, The Legacy of Goku 2, pretty much every enemy was garbage. In The Legacy of Goku 2 every time you hit an enemy they'd bounce back. During this animation they couldn;t do anything so all you had to do is walk while punching and you could juggle them till the died. The game as whole was much better than the original, but still, the combat was just too easy.

Dragon Ball: Advance Adventure was really easy.

In the original Budokai I remember having a lot of trouble with the final fight with Cell.

In Budokai 2 I had a lot of trouble with the last fight with kid Buu.

Budokai 3 was really hard until I figured out how to teleport. After that I don't remember having much trouble with the game.

I didn't finish Sagas because it was terrible. Oddly enough I had more trouble with those Saibamen who shot projectiles more than the bosses. Vegeta was pathetic.

In Tenkaichi I don't remember having much trouble with it other than maybe with the Oozaru, but I can't remember too well, it's been a long time.

I don't remember having any difficulty with Tenkaichi 2.

I didn't finish Tenkaichi 3. It seemed too similar to Tenkaichi 2 so I didn't bother.

I didn't bother to get too far with Super Dragon Ball Z. Honestly, I thought the presentation was lacking. I didn't feel like learning the button combinations and such either since I wasn't even able to find anyone to play it with. Make what you will of that.

Shin Budokai was easy. I max ranked each fight but I think I had trouble getting the best rank in one of the fights with Janemba but I don't remember too well. It's been a while.

I didn't get far into Shin Budokai: Another Road before quiting. I hated trying to protect all those cities it was really difficult and the game frequently forced you to fight the exact same enemies over and over and the load times were just ridiculous.

I don't remember having much trouble with Burst Limit. I got the max rank on every fight but I recall having trouble getting the best rank in one of the fights against Broly.

I didn't finish Raging Blast. The camera annoyed the hell out of me and by then I was tired of Dragon Ball games.

Fighting Kid Buu with Mr. Satan in Tenkachi 1 (unblockable flashes of light) or fighting #18 with Mr. Satan in Tenkaichi 2 (unblockable attacks with possibility of ring-out).

We literally just spammed generic rock-throwing that whole fight and won in the first try.
The same can not be said of the Vegeta version. :(

Legendary Super Warriors has actually got to be the hardest DB game I can think of. But, damn, it's just so genius.

Hardest fights for me? Hm. I remember Taiketsu giving me some hard time on some bosses. Oh right, real games.

Um... Freeza in Legacy of Goku was pretty tough. But in that game everyone could be beaten if you followed a certain pattern and a kept a good distance from your opponent.

Otherwise, I really can't seem to remember. I've played almost every DB game there is and I'm sure I had many frustrating fights, but oddly, nothing springs to mind.

I don't know, maybe Kid Buu really is the biggest bitch of them all. He was easy to beat only in Buu's Fury as far as I can remember.

Here is one different.

Tenshinhan against Imperfect Cell on Budokai 3.
If you played normally without any extra level up
the chances for you to lose are very high.

And if you are trying to reach the story react
you better play it for more than a couple of times.

Yes! I remember getting so fucking frustrated at that.

Pretty much any fight in that game where you have to stay away from the opponent to survive until the time runs out.

Oh, Mr. Satan vs. #18 and Mr. Satan vs. Kid Buu anyone? MADDENING AS ALL HELL. One reason why I hate Mr. Satan. My many times over the years in video games trying to win with a useless character who didn't even win the fights anyway.

... So, was my difficulty turned down, or was randomness making Buu less intelligent than usual (XD), or... what? 'Cause we beat the Mr. Satan Vs. Kid Buu fight the first time by just spamming rocks the whole time. Quite literally. :?

Yes, that is really interesting. I almost forgot about that, but Omega Shenron si fuckin' overpowered in Budokai 3/IW as in Tenkaichi Budokai....... He's probably the strongest character in game and I don't understand why the hell.
On Hardest difficulty is almost impossible to challenge him in melee attacks, your only trump card is to sucesfully unleash combos and ki-beams.

Heck, I couldn't even beat fricking Vegeta. Seriously, no matter how hard I tried......
Psh, I got to Jheese and Butta but then... I lost the game. I recently re bought it at the ScrewAttack Gaming Convention. I'm at Vegeta. I stopped playing for a while since I felt like it. I'll get back to it eventually.

Most movie villain fights in BT1. Especially the buff ones were a problem. Everything else was easier but it was still difficult.

Aside from SSJ4 Gogeta he is likely third most powerful character in the Dragon Ball extended universe (second probably being Goku post-GT).

Not hard but his Galick Gun does a ton of damage. I'll beat him eventually. I did it before, I'll do it again!

Vegeta in Sagas with 2 player co-op. It is the stupidest thing as to how they handle this fight in the game. Instead of having 2 Goku's fighting Vegeta or something, they have one person fight him at a time. Then after the ridiculously short time of about 10 seconds, it switches you out to the other player. This really ruins the flow of combat. That and the camera angle in this fight is the worst thing ever! Vegeta gets in a spot where you can't see or lock on to him. The he just spams his Galick Gun and whatever that other dumb move is, where 10 explosion happen where you're standing and you can't run away from it. All you can do is block it and wait it out. It took me and my friend so many tries. It wasn't even fun, it was frustrating.
