Take a Shot every time:
Vegeta talks about Kakarot and Saiya-Jin pride.
Mr Satan claims to have defeaten Cell.
Whenever a flashback is shown.
Whenever Freeza mentions the five minute countdown during the battle.
Yajirobe is a wuss.

What are your suggestions? Be as randomly insane as you want.

So far in this thread we have the following that would cause a quick death:

Take a shot whenever someone gets owned because Son hasn't shown up yet.

This would lead to death in basically every arc except for the Cell Games arc.
Double the shots when Tenshinhan and Piccolo have been owned by Cell and Goku is on his way to save them.
The Saiya-jin arc and the Freeza arc would definately lead to a poisoning to high that your erythrocyte content in your blood would be lower than your alcohol content. And I mean by a lot.

Not so bad in the Saiya-jin arc, but an ultimate death in the Freeza arc. Got a friend that is good with his alcohol? He is going to succumb to it after Freeza scouts Trunks' powerlevel.

Everytime Vegeta says the words "Kakarot", "Prince" or "Saiyans".

I would give that one hour at the most before you are out of the game. All of you.

That would leave the Buu Saga pretty much as a death trap.

Every time Chi-Chi shouts.
Every time a special attack is used.

Every time the Krillin owned count shows up.
Every time Piccolo says dodge or nerd.
