Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
Since it can be a bitch to read through all the pages I updated the first post with the stuff I posted along with links to a couple things Tanooki Kuribo and jjgp1112 posted. I should have done it earlier but better late than never.

I'm probably going to repurchase Box 3 at some point to get a second-run version that has the gel. It's absolutely ridiculous that they would let something like that slip through the cracks.

Although I don't have box three yet, I know what you mean, my second box came dented slightly since I got it cheap, so I'm just gonna rebuy it sometime.obiwan23s wrote:I'm probably going to repurchase Box 3 at some point to get a second-run version that has the gel. Actually my first has a tiny scratch on the spine, I want these to be presentable, so I'll probably rebuy that too. Get their sales up a little, yeeeah.
Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
I'll probably get it again during a Rightstuf sale or something. I really don't want to give FUNimation my money twice for the same product essentially to fix a mistake that was their fault. But people should take pride in their DVD collection and having a five inch long white tear going across the side of my box isn't something to be proud of. Sad thing is I paid full retail at Best Buy for Box 3 and got the short end of the stick. Probably the last Dragon Box I buy in-store.The Time Traveller wrote:Although I don't have box three yet, I know what you mean, my second box came dented slightly since I got it cheap, so I'm just gonna rebuy it sometime.

Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
Does anyone mind taking a picture of just the DVD books? Without the box. Thanks.
From each set, btw!

Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
Has anyone from the UK ordered the Dragon Box from Amazon.com? If so, did anyone get charged customs? They have the DBox for $26.99, so I'm probably going to order from them.

It may be the cheapest price, but it costs so much for postage that you're really just better off ordering it from PlayTrade or Amazon Marketplace; it's not that much dearer and there's minimal/no postage costs.SSJSteve wrote:Has anyone from the UK ordered the Dragon Box from Amazon.com? Well, the total price would be $35 (£23), if I used standard shipping. I would use PlayTrade or Amazon.co.uk, just that I don't really want to buy from SupermartUSA, I've had a few DVD's damaged when I've ordered from them. The Tori-bot wrote:It may be the cheapest price, but it costs so much for postage that you're really just better off ordering it from PlayTrade or Amazon Marketplace; it's not that much dearer and there's minimal/no postage costs.SSJSteve wrote:Has anyone from the UK ordered the Dragon Box from Amazon.com? Hopefully that seller on PlayTrade will have it for £12.99 again.

Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
I actually want to watch it with English audio but the BGM can barely be heard, so I'm watching it in Japanese audio with subtitles.

Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
Do you guys watch it in Japanese or in English, because if I read correctly the English track is in 5.1...?
Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
That is true. English is 5.1 .

It's best to pay as much as possible, getting it from PlayTrade or Amazon Marketplace would most likely get you a bent, dented and maybe crushed copy. Of all the things I got cheap from there none of them were in good condition.

I wouldn't mind the edges being slightly dented, but I don't want a copy with the plastics broken
*hugs DBox 3 he got for 13 pounds (20 dollars)*angelus0901 wrote:I am an idiot!! I ordered DragonBoxes Vol. 1 and 2 on Amazon and decided to wait a little bit for Vol.3 and the price has gone up to $51,49....![]()

I pre-ordered mine from Rightstuf and got it before the official release, and it came with the gel. Just like Dragon Box 1 and 2.obiwan23s wrote:I'm probably going to repurchase Box 3 at some point to get a second-run version that has the gel. Re: Dragon Box 3 discussion
There are already tons of pictures in this thread. It begins here and continues onward from there. Shots of people with messed-up packaging, screen shots from the box, comparison screen shots with other releases... it's all already there for you. Just just need to dig back for it, since this box has already been available for a while. People have already moved on with the discussion.Choice195 wrote:Cool, Pictures please
