The Yu translation is a complete translation, with all of the chapters. The Jenner translation is incomplete and only contains a few choice chapters compared to the size of the original writings. So, yes, the Yu translation is the best you can find in English.

Urrm, no, the WJF Jenner translation is also a complete translation of all 100 chapters of JttW, unlike i.e. "Monkey". I was just wondering whether someone knows if the Yu translation is significantly better.
