Showing the punch creates even more confusion if you ask me. When I was a kid and saw Zarbon's Ocean dub death, I really thought it was stupid (Not realizing it was an edit back then) that a simple punch that barely pierced his armor would kill him. He even yelled "Vegeta!" before falling in the water, leaving me to wonder if he just drowned or something.

It showed the punch, but cut away to the shot with Vegeta in front of Zarbon with his fist in him as soon as the fist connected, and they cut out all of the blood. Then they showed the blast beginning and then cut away from that and showed Krillin and Bulma, and then showed Zarbon falling into the water.

He was angry. But it doesn't match Drummond's performance... And that is something you will never see me write again.

...and there it was. I thought he handled it very well, and it still had that reverb effect on it. Drummond's delivery has the benefit of nostalgia attached to it, but Sabat did just fine (especially considering it wasn't his job to channel Drummond).

Eh, I think it's good that Sabat didn't follow Drummond's performance. it was too over-the-top. Even as a 9 year old, when I first saw that scene, I actually laughed rather than feeling scared or amazed.
