The first of the gang to go to the afterlife was Goku, which serves the show well, because that`s when the audience also gets to know the afterlife for the first time in the show.

The whole heaven is asinine gag. Well.. I didn't find that to be very funny. I understand what you were going for, but the line just seems offensive and alienating to some of your fans. Not me, I'm an atheist, I have no problem with jokes making fun of religion, as long as they're funny. But that line was just "religion is silly, get it? Get it?" Not a TeamFourStar caliber line.

To be honest I'm not sure how that's any more low caliber then Kuririn jacking off in a cave and the punchline being his seamen is everywhere. TFS has always been full of silly jokes that sometimes aren't super witty but good for a little grin.

I think it helps the gag. Krillin seems like is just trying to comfort Dende by telling him a bunch of pre-existing ideas about the afterlife that he doesn`t really know if they are true or not and that might seem somewhat foolish when spoken out loud to someone who never heard of them before, which leads him to agree with the asinine remark.

If he knew the afterlife, it wouldn`t be so believable.

Loved this episode. Basically all my comments Inna already addressed.

It's a shame that the whole episode can't fit on YouTube. The last part was actually my favorite part. I'm also glad you had the Grand Elder address that all Kami means is God.

Oh, on the subject of music. I've got the entire DBZ BGM Collection (3 disc set), with a lot of the Z-score on the discs, ripped onto my computer if you'd want to use it. Since you appear to have a different set of the music. Not that the Kai music's bad, I enjoy it. But, just if you'd like to add more of the original Z music in.

Also, just wondering was Vegeta's line to Zarbon about "Getting your ass kicked on Wednesday.", is that a reference to the Kai broadcast?

A weeaboo is term just an alternative to elitest. Basically, people say that when you're a fan of the Japanese Version (although that's not always true) or just Japanese items in general.

I may have mixed up a thing or too, but that seems to be what it is.

It's an insult toward anyone who likes the Japanese dubs and do not acknowledge any other dub no matter how good it is. They think everything comes from Japan is the greatest and they devote their life to know everything and the ins and outs about it. And of course... act like they are Japanese and speak broken Japanese they've learned from watching anime and not official language courses.

Sadly, it's often confused with the term "otaku" which is basically the Japanese equivalent to "nerd" or "geek".
