You can get a few of them at RightStuf.com for like $4.00 each, and the rest of them can be found at Half.com for decent prices. Those are the two places I got all mine.

Hmm, I don't usually post in this thread but recently I've been thinking, I have a shit load of DragonBall cards....



I've been collecting DragonBall cards since about 1995. I got my first DragonBall card in school from a friend who I used to draw with. He brought in some of these crazy Japanese cards with moon language on them and I thought they were the most awesome looking thing on the planet. I had no idea what DragonBall was about but then later learned it was airing at 5AM right here in my own country! I was a little disappointed when the cards I had of guys with yellow hair didn't show up the show, I later learned what I was watching was the early adventures of Goku, and Super Saiyans won't show up for years!

I'm coming up on close to 1,000 now. I have cards from Japan, America, Spain and Italy. I'd say 90% are Japanese cards though. I know I'm pretty sure I posted some art here and there. I remember making a "Manga Chapters In Anime Colors" posting... or something like that.



I haven't bought a DragonBall card in years. Last year though I found a pack of some crazy DragonBall card game I had no idea existed. It had art exclusive to the card game. I bought a few packs and after that, I couldn't find them again. I would also get cards in CD's or magazines. Uh, don't mind that Ryu card, it's on the next page of Street Fighter cards but being there was an empty spot there, you can see it...

If you've seen the Carddass cards before, you'd know many of the colors applied don't usually match those shown in the anime.

I was lucky enough to get most of the Japanese manga and a huge collection of Dragon Ball cards in an ebay lot for .99. Sure, shipping all of it was about $20, but I still made out like a bandit. I actually felt bad for the guy, but he didn't seem to mind...guess he just wanted to get rid of it. Your collection looks awesome though, Tanooki. After I get my room all settled, I'll try and post a pic of most of my collection.

Personally I find the newer/digitally-made art to be very ugly in comparison to the older ones which were made using traditional methods.

Well, I visited a Dutch convention, keep that in mind. But your conventions are waaaay bigger so I'm surprised they aren't already selling 'em there?
