When was it stated that they hadn't seen him since the Cell games? I'm not saying that you're wrong, I'd just like to know since I can't remember. :D

Everybody is a moron on this page.

We can't beat him the normal way...so let's attack him all at once?

And dammit Krillin...

I still don't see the problem. Plenty of aspects of the specials have contradicted canon when they are meant to fit in more. Since its Salagir's comic ultimately, he can have Tenshinhan show up if he wants to.

Everyone is so negative...alright, let me pose a question. What fights/pages/aspects DID YOU LIKE about DBM?

Am i allowed to advertise forums btw? The DBM commenters made an unofficial forum. I'm the main poster keeping it active.

Krillin actually said something much more along the lines of "No, definitely not!" The original translates as "No, no question!", but that sounds weird in today's English. IE: He's not as terrified as the English translation made him out to be.

The rest is the same.

When Goku asks Krillin about Tenshinhan during the 25th TB Krillin replies he doesn't see him since the Cell Games. Gohan can't find him either.

I'm just saying, for Tenshinhan fans, you guys really want to see him die/be horribly maimed.

The fights that I liked were Cell vs Dabura Although it went on for a little too long), Kat vs Kakkarrot, Vegeta vs Vegeta, Kurrin vs Sauzer, and Recoome vs Nail. Why? Because all of these fight were actually good fights, better than a lot of the fights in Dragon Ball Z, actually. The characters sometimes employed tactical counters and strategies in reaction to each other, like Cell employing regeneration to counter Dabura's spit or the Kienzan vs the Blade. In the case of Recoome vs Nail, that fight was awesome because it was really primal. I could go into more detail, but I don't really have to. This fight s extremely uninteresting for those reasons. Nothing's really happening, no strategies and no moves or nothing interesting. Also, this fight, being a rehash of Movie 10, is extremely predictable. The team attack thing won't work, something will go wrong because Broly's Broly. Broly will either destroy the entire Z Team, or Broly will nearly destroy the Z Team, but, at the last minute, the author will introduce a Dues Ex Machina and the team will use it and just barely "beat" Broly. I mean, the other fights were so unpredictable, I remember people genuinely discussing who would win and having fun with it, and I actually displayed an interest in the pages because I wanted to see who'd win. This predictability is made no better by Salagir, who seems to have taken it upon himself to make Broly sound better than a fusion between Jesus and Batman. The invincibility nonsense is extremely contrived and it serves as a point that Salagir can no longer think of any unique ideas, he just resorts to pulling out fan made conceptions about Broly and incorporating it into his story, making it seem more and more like a Broly comic rather than a Dragon Ball Multiverse comic. What happened?

Oh, and I like Vegeta vs Vegeta and Kat vs Kakarrot because those fights are lulzy.

Accurate to the original or not, it's still the best line in the entire series.

I agree, Deep Thought. The fights were better but this is because Vegeta and Broly are having a slug match, even though it embodies all i hate about Goku vs Majin vegeta (just a slugging match, no real skill or new moves). You can say its predictable all you want, but if Broly won in U18 that would be a serious plothole. With the tournament, it doesnt really matter who wins. It's just for fun. There's nothing really at stake, which is why perhaps fights in the series like Goku vs Uub, Goten vs Trunks and Goku vs Krillin were so fun.

But once the "Broly saga" is over with, we will get back to the real creative story. And since the specials have gotten better with each one, I think the next one will be U16 (specials happen for the characters relevant to the plot at the time, and U16 seems even more prominent than U18).

The aspects that involved an entertaining new story, not the aspects revolving around a slightly-less-boring-remake of an old, boring story.

Ehrm...isn't it smarter to let Gohan, who is the strongest (you know, he is a SSJ2 after all) do that powerful attack instead? Vegeta's attack won't do much...

Vegeta is stronger than Gohan. The thing is how an attack from Vegeta or anybody else can push Broly that is SSJ3-tier power-wise.

If you want to drag physics into it Broly has a finite mass so a force sufficient to move that mass would be able to push him regardless of his power. The question is whether or not good ol' Sol will be a match for Super Ultra Mega Broly.

I laughed, and then I realized that I probably shouldn't.

I think the art for this bit has been generally pretty good, but that second panel made me flinch. I thought it was just one detail that bothered me but I keep finding more things.

Uh, I thought Vegeta was a regular SSJ here. Or do you mean that Vegeta will transform into a SSJ2 and then attack?
If he is going to attack as a SSJ and not a SSJ2, then he can try as hard as he can, because the attack will only be half of a weakened SSJ2 Gohan's power.
If he is going to attack as a SSJ2, then I get it.

Vegeta is in a better position. Piccolo can't exactly go up to Gohan and inform him of the plan.
Piccolo: You're going to Kamehameha him into the sun.
Gohan: *while being pummelled* OH-FOR-THE-LOVE-OF-GOD-HELP-ME!

And besides don't we all want to see Vegeta save the day? I just hope Goku doesn't show up and steal the victory.

Also those punches from Broly looked real fast. Gohan there did better than anyone in all three Broly movies.
