Ooh that, that's a commercial for seaweed, it always been played around Dragon Ball Kai's time slot. IDK who is it but that character face are popular in Japan, he appeared on Yakitate Japan!

I've seen those. Looks like the "Gohan" joke never gets old for the Japanese.
