BT3 Ozaru Vegeta. I hated how instead of just winning you had to wait for the story, and he would normally kill you before then.

Hardest Dragon Ball fights of all time. Can't tell you how long I was stuck on God Goku.

Budokai 1: Final Battle with Cell.
Budokai 2: Final Battle with Kid Buu.
Budokai 3: Final Battle with Kid Buu.
Tenkaichi Budokai: Oozaru Vegeta.
Tenkaichi Budokai 2: Battle with Super 17 because he kept absorbing my attacks.
Tenkaichi Budokai 3: What if with Arale. I dunno why but I can never beat her.
Infinite World: Fight with Majin Vegeta. Took me like 20 try's to beat him.
Supersonic Warriors 2: Easy.
Taiketsu: ...Don't get me started on how bad the game is.
Budokai 2: Final Battle with Kid Buu.
Budokai 3: Final Battle with Kid Buu.

I found that in Ultimate Battle 22, #18 has a bad habbit of kicking my face.

RB - The final fight with Freeza; he had like 6 times as much health as me.
Super Sonic Warriors 2 - Ultimate Goku that you have to do to unlock Majin Vegeta (which I later found out you can play as by selecting Super Vegeta and Babidi)
Budokai 2 - The fights with Majin Cell and Freeza
Attack of the Saiyans - Broly; I had to train for hours to beat this guy. It's not my fault! How can Saiyan saga level Z fighters take on the galaxy destroyer, Broly!?
