I can see Ultimate Gohan as a transformation...just one that you can't change back from. Then, when you trigger it, a small cutscene shows Grand Kai dancing around you giving you the power-up. Heck, maybe throw in a short buttons mini-game where the opposing character can try to interrupt it.

Spike don't usually go that in-detail, the mini-games and button mashing segments are usually left to Dimps (though there have been beam clashes and those weird 'disappear/re-appear' moments in story segments lately).

And thank god it's that way. The thought of Tenkaichi 3 with Dragon Rush just makes me cringe.

I don't see what was wrong with it, it was a nice mini-game incorporated into the fight. With some more variation, extra levels, and whatnot, it could be something awesome. Or they could at least use something similar for Ultimate Attacks, then just make it optional.

It required no skill to participate in, or to complete. And Hyper Mode made it unusable in the first place. It looked nice, but that doesn't mean much of anything to any decent player that knows the basics of canceling. It was a step down in gameplay and skill, basically.

No. It just seems possible especially if you consider the fact that the demo Storm 2 came out last month. I'm refereeing to the Japanese demo BTW.

I honestly never liked the Dragon Rush thing. The computer won almost every single time. Sure, the cinematics are cool, but its really just a cheap, lazy gameplay mechanic, in my opinion.

Anyway guys, I just thought about this, imagine if, for the next game, they decide to make a 30 minute special about Neko Majin Z and include Z, Onio and Kuriza in the game, how much ass would that kick? I was just thinking about that and had to share! Maybe we could make a petition or something? Don't know if that would work.

That would be freaking awesome. I wouldn't mind if it followed Z1-5 pretty close, but I ask that they please remove the Vegeta still working for Freeza bit...Freeza is dead. lol That, or I wouldn't mind a new special based on Majin Ozotto. Then we could finally have some background info on him other than that he is from space and can transform into those he fights.

Not saying we'll ever get another special in a game like we are this time, but no harm in wishing since my hopes for Raging Blast 3 include Ozotto, Abo, Kado, Aka, Z, Onio and Kurieza. (Thinking about Tarble too. Though he isn't much of a fighter, I always like new "heroes" to be included if their villains are. Tapion should stay out since Hildegarn isn't in.) Part of the group has the Jump Special, plus now we have "Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans", so something like "Son Goku's Student, Neko Majin Z!" or "Z Warriors vs. Z Warriors!?" would be very welcomed.

Well, I think it should be altered a bit to fit more in the Dragon Ball storyline, maybe start with a bit of backstory for the Neko Majins, and then for Z as Son Goku's pupil, then would go on with the Onio bit until he calls Kuriza and we have a full fledged fight between Super Neko Majin Z and Final Form Kuriza! That would easily fit in 30 minutes.

Even though it is already Wednesday in Germany, I'm guessing they're going to wait until whenever the work day starts to upload it.

So, even if they don't upload it right when they immediately start work, if they run 9 to 5 I'd expect it up by noon East Coast time.

To quote someone from some show/movie that I can't remember right now...


"Luck is also part of a person's ability"...or something like that.

Basically, to win Dragon Rush, you had to be lucky enough to press the right buttons and get it all the way through, or stop it at the beginning. That, and it takes a lot of thought to consider what button your opponent might press next. I'm not talking about playing against the CPU (who is guilty of spamming it) here, I'm talking about with other people.
