Best Fighter?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Tenshinhan! He had the most moves. Cell and Goku and the rest of the gang stole it all from him. He was also the first person to use the Kamehameha without Kame Sennin's training. Ten is the most skilled and strong fighters.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

Goku wasn't trained by him at the point of his first use of it either. He just figured it out after watching Roshi use it.

Yeah well.... He's not NORMAL!

EDIT: Ten's was quite powerful for his first. Goku's was just a pee-wee attack.

The topic is most skilled villain. Tien wasn't really a villain, just a rival.

He still was a villain. He tried to kill Goku and injured Yamcha really badly.

With what you said that would take Vegeta off this list. He never killed any Z-fighter only Nappa did( he aso killed Nappa a bad guy). He only rivaled Goku. He only killed the bad guys ie Ginyu Force.

Vegeta was clearly pure evil. I never said Tien wasn't a villain because he didn't kill anyone. its just he acted like Vegeta in android saga, more than a villain. Arrogant rival, not evil bastard like Vegeta was.

He killed some innocent Namekians as well.

Tenshinhan was a villain. For a short period of time, but he was.
He wanted to be an assassin as Taopaipai.
And broke the Yamcha's leg when there's no need to do that.

And I think there's no need to kill someone to be a villain...

So? All his moves (save Solar Flare and Blast Cannon) were shit, that's why they don't ever show up again.

Not true. "Solar Flare" was used by Goku and Krillin, the multiform technique which was stolen by piccolo and NARUTO! jk

Okay true, but I don't really know how else I could put my point across. Ten was a really bad guy, he was an assassin and loved to hurt others.

Wouldn't have really helped even if they did use it, the big villains could all regenerate at that point. It MAY have been kinda useful against Cell later, but Buu took huge beams head on (Apply directly to the forehead!) on purpose, so blinding him before firing isn't going to change anything.
