Also, correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't a already powerful fighter like Yamcha being turned into an Android make him far, far more powerful that any of the Androids we saw in the normal Dragonball Z universe... I mean considering that 18 and 17 were just normal humans and they became that powerful, one would assume that someone like Yamcha receiving an upgrade like that would make him very powerful. Hell, if Gero can make a normal human beat a Super Saiyan as if they're nothing then I'd love to see what Yamcha is capable of.

It's a really nice way to give the 'weaker' characters another chance to shine, shame that he's surrounded by people as powerful as Ultimate Buu, Vegetto and Broly though.

However, if they did a special about the Z-Fighters-Android universe then I'm sure it'd be bloody amazing.

Not really. The artificially-generated Android energy has absolutely NOTHING to do with how much natural Ki the human had prior to their "cyborgification." It's an entirely separate source of power.

#17 constantly states he's the strongest warrior in history. He doesn't change his mind until he sees Android 16's power.

With Dragon ball, there's certain things not to bother trying to make sense out of. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Toriyama showed that #17 was stronger, so he is. It's as simple as that.

The Android ABC chart (a cover page in the manga) states she had her power scaled back. They both just have batteries that never run out of power, not that they're equally strong. Think of it as two different car engines both running on infinite fuel. The amount of gas has nothing to do with the performance of the vehicle in that instance.

Back on-topic, I think Yamcha becoming a cyborg would make him stronger than the ones from our universe, at least potentially. Being capable of manipulating ki, I can see him making attacks that channel ki into the cyborg energy. Meanwhile, he'd be able to train forever with an infinite power battery.

It'll still be very interesting to see if Yamcha is able to merge these two different forms of Ki to create powerful blasts. Cyber Wolf-Fang-Fist anyone?

It was said in a guide that 17 was too powerful to control and so Gero purposefully made 18 weaker in an effort to better be able to control her.... Not that it worked.

We have only seen androids who didn`t know how to fight with ki when they were humans. Yamcha is different and he might have found out how to combine the two.

Funny you should say that as one of the theories I read a while ago is that the Super Saiyan forms are like increased puberty, e.g. increased muscle mass, change in voice, growing hair (where there was no hair before).

Now by that logic, Bra wont get much more muscular but... Actually, this theory kind of means she's become more feminine, finally a female in Dragonball will have boobs that can compete with the rest of Animé women.

Whilst I'm ranting, the GT perfect files said that Pan had the ability to transform and also hinted she may of become a form of Super Saiyan that wasn't known beforehand, maybe DBM will draw inspiration from this.
