I hadn't thought of there not being a new theme song. There's gotta be one; I'd be really surprised if there isn't. You at least need something to play over the end credits once you beat story mode.

I think they've just preferred to hype up the new special instead. There's always been a new theme song, but how often is there a special?

My guess is there'll be a 3-D 1½ minute intro like always and the special will just be something selectable from the main menu after you start the game.

There's no reason they couldn't start giving unique signature attacks to each transformation (though we are talking about innovation and Spike here).

My thoughts exactly. Look how Zangya's ultimate is exactly the same as it was in previous games, they've just thrown a gradient on her and tossed her in.
*Sigh* It must be such easy money Spike...

They should have given Zangya's final attack something to do with those strings they kept ctching people in since apparently we will never get all of his henchmen.

I'd be willing to bet an arm and a leg that the string attack will be her signature move.

To be fair...

Hopefully they'll ad in Teincha or Super Buu Piccolo Absorbed. And shush about Dimps owning stuff. Last I checked it was Toei or Funimation or Namco who owned DBZ characters.

Man the Graphics sure have changed a LOT since Budokai Tenkaichi 2. I think they look pretty great.

Have we heard anything about story mode yet? I really wish we'd get an info dump soon.

Ok Thanos, I'll give you that one.
An upgraded poly count and new gradient really has helped some of the characters.

I wasn't trying to make a fake argument based on the fact that it's Sparking! NEO and not METEOR... the graphics are basically unchanged between the two games. But I think you guys know that. Just wanted to clarify that's not what I was doing. I just couldn't find a pic of Zangya in-game from METEOR. lol

99% of the characters look better in Raging Blast, but the one that really bothers me is Vegeta. He just doesn't look right. Which is a shame... he looked basically flawless in the Sparking! games.

Something about the shape of his face, eyes and brows just doesn't look right in Raging Blast... :(

Vegeta looks better to me in Raging Blast than he did all the previous games, even if his face is a little off, because he looked horribly deformed in the Sparking series. Why was it so hard for Spike to give the poor guy a a neck instead of forcing his chin to always be on his pecs. It's like they wanted him to walk around acting like a penguin.

His design always look awkward in the Spike games. Not to mention his grey eyes as a Super Saiyan

I agree that Vegeta's Sparking face looks better than his Raging Blast one; technological advancements aside.
The Sparking face seems more accurate. He's kind of got, at least by the end of the manga, a more heart-shaped face. The Raging Blast face looks too elongated and I think his eyes are set a little too high up--not ridiculously so, but enough that it throws it off a bit.

IMO Vegeta looks better in RB. The Sparking! one just looks intense.

The Sparking one makes his head look like it doesn't fit on his body.

I'm not really seeing the whole "Sparking looks better" thing either. A lot of those models I really didn't care for because of how blocky and cumbersome they appear.

It could very well end up being one of my favorite stages. I loved the Glacier stage in Sparking! Meteor, and if this one at least has a small section of water, possibly the opposite of the Namek stage, then I'd be happy. I've watched some vids of it in action, but I couldn't really tell much, most people stayed in a small area and won fairly quick.

Perhaps you can smash through some ice into a water section of the map, kinda like a gimmick, as seen with the ability to lower Namek's water level in some way.
