But you do get plenty of people, mostly the ones in youtube comments talking about how they want all the old voices back, want Faulconer's music back and thing all the new voices and music suck.

True dat.

Sup fools!? New episodes starting September 6th! So say the promos.

Says they're starting on Monday, so this may be the return of 4-episode weeks! Sweet.

I love Dragon Ball Z Kai. I love the dub. And I love all of you.

Love you too man!

Anyways, I'm glad I've gotten used to watch Kai on Nicktoons and the 35 hiatus point is such a smart yet annoying place to stop. I've got something else to look forward too along with my copy of Pokémon White in September!

Kai blows Z's dub out of the water. I'm really looking forward to the Freeza forms as voiced by Mr. Ayres.

Hopin' that we get 4-episode weeks again! :D

There are people who adore the Dragon Ball Z dub and slam Naruto's one for being a horrible trainwreck of some sort. Now, I'm only a very mild fan of Naruto, but that dub was treated with over 8000 times more respect than DBZ ever was. I think it's only fair that in the midst of these types, we just consider ignoring them.

Z Kai has gotten record breaking records for Nicktoons, I think it's safe to say that despite it's detractors, it's a success. (Also, remember that the people who complain are always the most vocal contingent of anything!)

In other news, really looking forward to new Z Kai! Hopefully we'll plow though at least the end of Planet Namek and perhaps into the early Android stuff. Maybe leave us a cliffhanger involving the mysterious second time machine?

I refuse to believe Youtube comments are made by people in general. They are made by "Stupinigen" that are designed to be as obnoxious and lack as much grey matter as possible while still resembling every day people.

Anyway can't wait for more dub Kai. Eventually I'll be able to watch dub Dragon Ball and dub DBZ back to back without any glaringly bad acting or majorly stupid dub dialogue.

Youtube is a joke, haven't we learned this by now?

Anyhow, I cannot wait to see more Kai dub. I'll definitely have some friends over (w/popcorn) to be watching the episode where Goku first goes SS.

It's very VERY easy to think that way. YouTube's comment system is much more anonymous than Daizenshuu EX. Not to say Daizex isn't or can't be anonymous, but A) There are probably only 1/298433987th the users here and B) We have avatars and signatures to identify each other by; we remember who is who and who says what. On YouTube, how often do you even look at the username of the commenter, much less remember?

It's a huge site. Most of the moderately smart people know that there's no voice to be heard in the comment section so they more or less just don't do it. I don't comment on YouTube. But I post here almost every day. The people who regularly comment on YouTube are generally not as smart as your average Daizexer.

The combination of anonymity and stupidity will yield facepalm-inducing results.

I would place 1,000x more value in an opinion posted here vs a comment on YouTube. And I firmly believe that all people, no matter race, religion, or background, are fundamentally equal.

Ironically, Funimation always said that people would fuss about the original music if they put it back in so because of that they should never do that.

However, the ONLY reason fans are fussing about it now is because they spent countless years replacing all the music with cheap techno and getting them to associate it with DBZ instead of the original stuff!

Music complaints aren't that big a problem w/ DBZ in most other countries that didn't have the "clever" of idea of replacing all the music so they could charge royalties for every second the new music is heard.

If they'd just have used the original music all along there wouldn't be any division like they created. But I'm sure they'll probably use complaints about the original music as, "see, we were right all along."
Sean Schemmel is THE MAN! :)

Me- "Also, before anyone mentions it, Schemmel's interview was from nearly 15 years ago. He paid a brief visit to Kanzenshuu's forums a few years back and earned legendary respect that cancels out anything he said from that long ago. :D"

Well...just because the original Kai score works here doesn't necessarily mean the original Z score would have worked (Even though I'm sure it would have). The Z/Kai scores are pretty different.
