Yu-Gi-Oh!, perhaps? I always figured losing Pokémon would have been a crushing blow.

I don't think Yu-Gi-Oh! alone would be able to sustain the whole company, especially if they only profit on the anime... then again, I've no clue how popular the GX or 5D's are, as I've absolutely zero interest in them.
I know it's no Pokémon, though.

Any fight you see in the Nicktoons version that has an onscreen punch to the face will be edited by The CW.
I remembered that there this episode in Doma arc (Or season 4!) of Yu-Gi-Oh! Where Jounouchi (Or Joey in the English dub!) punched Atem right in the face and they cut it but I think Jounouchi's fist already touch Atem's face! So it goes straight where Yami Yugi on the ground.

I remember that they completely took out the punch and just had him holding his shirt, or something along those lines.

4kids did edit Yu-Gi-Oh a lot, but it's not their worst editing ever. That achievement goes to One Piece.

If you go to their website, you'll see that they've actually licensed a whole lot of shows. Including the eternal cash cow, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Ah yes, of course. I've even been thinking of picking up the '03 version of TMNT on DVD.

... So, DBZ Kai! Those farmers and their lasers, huh?

And I think all of those non-Jump anime that no one over 14 watches might be popular with the elementary school crowd. Though will say with edits here on Kai, it makes me wonder if they'll ever repeat what they did with Ultimate Muscle with a Jump show, or just do bad ones.

Actually, 4kids loses the rights to TMNT at the end of this month. Tomorrow will be the last day 4kids can air anything TMNT.

The only edit I noticed this week was that they changed Vegeta eating some alien's arm into a giant blue plumb thingy.

It looked like a puffer fish to me and they added that funny blue part to the end of the bug (or whatever was at the fire) also. I was laughing when I saw that edit since it seemed unnecessary.

How odd, I'm kind of having a hard time picturing what you guys are describing. Can someone upload a picture perhaps?

Here is a picture of the edit. Sorry if the quality isn't the greatest since I took the picture with my digital camera straight from my TV.

Hey, you're right! Those do look like mushrooms. I didn't notice it before.

Edit: I took a picture with my cell phone but thought I missed the scene. I later noticed the shroom is laying on the floor next to Vegeta...

Edit 2: Oh and they painted an arm on the bug thingy...

It does look like cotton candy. The sheer stupidity of the whole edit though (which wasn't even in the Pioneer version) is just hilarious.

Edit: It does look like a shroom. I also just noticed the thing Vegeta is eating matches the trees in the background.

Ah, good call. The perspective is really weird.
