It have the same beat as the previous one and I think it will be included in the new Kai Soundtrack 3.

Yeah -- much like Prologue & Subtitle II was essentially just a "We Gotta Power"-influenced take (on the equally "CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA"-influenced) "Prologue & Subtitle I" from DBZ, I would assume this updated preview music (which itself is a "Kokoro no Hane"-influenced... oh, you get the picture) will show up on the upcoming third soundtrack. It certainly makes sense.

I remeber the first time I heard the new NEP song, randomly watching a recent episode (featuring Cell!), expecting the old YBCB version. I was just like, "Wait what the fuc- oh, that makes sense..."
