Can she become Super Saiyan 3?... Considering her lack of control over Super Saiyan 2, I'd say it's unlikely. If she can't, it'd be surprising if she was more powerful than Vegetto at Super Saiyan 3. Plus as others have mentioned, she is Super Saiyan 2, while he is exhausted, and only at Super Saiyan.

Does anyone know who LivingxxGod is? He posts on DBM comments. He doesn't accept Raditz as being stronger than a Saibaiman and create the most ridiculous excuses. He accepts fans or Viz translations over Herms or even Akira Toriyama statements.

Well Senzu Bean I read you and LivingxxGod's arguments and it seems you both have valid points, but LivingxxGod's about Raditz being afraid of a power level of 1330, when he according to the Daizenshuu has a power level of 1500 and it therefore should be like a walk in the park to block it, seems not so thought through from LivingxxGod's point of view. It is possibly for a guy with a less PL( if the difference isn't that big) to hurt a guy of a higher PL, we don't just have the Raditz example, there is also when Gohan powers up his masenko against Nappa(who is close to Goku's "over 8000"), where Vegeta yells surprised, that it's at 2800! Nappa hearing this yells it out loud as a question "2800??"(which could imply that it is enough to hurt him), but that's not all, because when Nappa deflects the blast, he remarks to Gohan, that his hand is still sore, this coming from the guy who is at least two times stronger than Gohan seeing as how he was almost Goku's equal. You can use this argument against LivingxxGod's where he relies solely on power levels.

Because everyone's hair gets longer in SSJ2. This is especially noticeable in Gohan during the Cell Games.

What the hell is Bra's problem? What kinda twisted and sick upbringing did she have to be so aggressive and angry?
Compare her to Vegeta and Gohan:

- Gohan: Inferiority complex, beaten to pulp in almost every fight, has to fight even though he doesn't enjoy it. Becomes a SSJ2 and is calm and calculative, although he is less reasonable and makes his opponent suffer.

- Vegeta: Inferiority complex again, beaten to pulp in almost every fight. Wants to fight, although Goku always steals his shine. Tries his best to overcome Goku but is still one step behind. Has had a turbulent childhood and been Freeza's bitch.
Becomes a SSJ2 and is pretty calm, although he is angry. He puts the fight against Goku at priority, although he is reasonable enough to quit fighting him to take care of Buu, since he is the biggest threat.

- Bra: Trained with Vegetto since she probably was a child. No major battles have happened. She probably had everything she wanted growing. Becomes a SSJ2 and BAM! She can't even think straight, she experiences an anger that comes from deep inside, it's origin is not known. She shoots a full power blast at her father and Gohan.
