The same differences of the DBZ Season Sets and the DBZ Dragon Boxes sans the cropping.
These box sets were created using mult-generational film prints, light automated remastering, dub-only title cards, first opening animation and second closing animation only, and an inferior Japanese audio track.
But don't let that fool you, they're good releases. They look good, they're consistent, and they're affordable. They just have some obvious flaws when compared to the Dragon Box. Which, not to mention, a Dragon Ball Dragon Box does not exist in the United States. So it's your only choice depending on where you are.

Re: Dragonball Blue Brick Questions
Aside from the video (slight cropping of the total image, a bit of color alteration), there are other differences too. Up until now, the US has not used a couple of the openings/closings for the show which are available on the Dragon Box, as well as next episode previews.
