Your first Dragon Ball related site?
Pretty self-explanatory. Just post and discuss the first DB-related site you found. For me, it was the official Dragon Ball Z site back in 2000. At the time I did not been to any other fan made Dragon Ball sites until 2003 when I discover MFG, and Daizenshuu EX. The first Dragon Ball forum I've been on was the Budokai forum back in 2002 on Gamefaqs, and I was banned at the time due to my age (I later made a new account back in 2004 or 2005).
The offical Dragon Ball Z site has change over the years:
1999:

2007:

Sorry if this thread was made already.

There was this site called SaiyanHeat that I visited. I can't seem to find any traces of it though. Any of you guys know what happened to it? I quite liked the site from what I remember.

Hilariously enough, Temple o' Trunks.

The Official Dragonballz.com! Back when it still welcomed people who located outside US....
Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
I had my own site from 1998 to 2000
I used the name "Lezzo" ... back then I didn't speak English that well so I didn't realize the sexual innuendo at all
First site I ever saw, I think, is still accessible:
http://dball.free.fr/dball/
I think its been online since at least 1997 maybe earlier

Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
There where a few sites I found "The basics of Dragonball" from. I most likely found out about these sites from either the Beckett DBZ Magazine or a simple Google search.
- Dragonball Angels was a Goten shrine I visited back then, had some "interesting" stuff on Goten and Trunks lol. That's where I heard my first clips of Movie 10 in Japanese!
- Dragon Ball Arena was a general Dragonball news site. Saw some clips, listened to some music, general crap I used to do in the late '90s to early '00s.
- Temple 'O Trunks Oh come ON every Dragonball fan has visited this site at one point in their lives!
And yes, I loved the "Trunks Feature Films" section.
- Dragonball Z GT Sure, the URL says "Myfavoritegames", but I always called this site "Dragonball Z GT" as that's what the tab in IE/Firefox/whatever told me!
Images galore here, I think this is where I happened to find "Dragonball AF" and the images looked weird, like they were Photoshopped.

Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Jeez, I don't know if I can even remember. I think it was the official site at the time, probably because I just typed "Dragon Ball Z" into Google.

Not at all true. There was a time back in the day when TOT was more popular than DaizEX.Goku100xKamehameha wrote:Only because Kanzentai and Daizenshuu EX linked itSuperSaiyan3Goku wrote:Temple 'O Trunks Oh come ON every Dragonball fan has visited this site at one point in their lives! And yes, I loved the "Trunks Feature Films" section.

Anyway, my very first DB site was funimation.net back before they even HAD a dedicated DBZ page but just a DB and DBZ section on their company page!
The very first DBZ fansite I stumbled across was called Kosmo's Dragon Ball Page on a Netconx.net server. It was the first time I ever realized there was anything to the series beyond Goku landing on Namek. I honestly thought the series as a whole was cancelled after that point, but he had all these images of Gotenks and Trunks and all this stuff I'd never seen before!

Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
I've seen Temple O' Trunks a LONG time ago. Had it linked as a favorite. Another one was planetnamek.com I believe. Kamehouse.net. Um... This one http://www.myfavoritegames.com/ was a favorite of mine. Lot of information. Also, Vegeta Insane, only because I was a kid who was a Vegeta fan and found some stuff on there hilarious, like song parodies and whatnot.
Now of course this site and Kanzentai are the only places I still visit.

Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
I probably visited the terrible official FUNi DBZ site with Cyboars and Morris Bros first.
After that, it was either VegettoEX's home page, DBZ uncensored, or Benny Lee's DB/Z/GT.

Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
This was one of my first DBZ websites I visited. It was great for comparing the original uncut Japanese to the censored English episodes.
Re: Your first Dragon Ball related site?
Planet Namek, Daizex, Ginga Giri Giri. Ah, the good ol' days.
Trans rights, now!

Heh, I remember how easily I used to amuse myself back in 2000 with the official site, rapidly flashing my mouse over the icons of that flash-intensive site:

Makes me ROFL.
