But that would only make sense. This is their last chance to use that Gohan image and I think they are going to take it. Their entire campaign is about how the boxes resemble the original so much.

While very true, they already have the image on the spine, and the image is a picture of Namek Gohan, which would be much younger than what he is during these episodes.

Like I said, i'd like for their to be a custom art that looked better, but at least it's not Season 1 piccolo.

I'd say Gohan will be on there too since he'll play a big role in this volume. SSJ2 against Cell, his high school adventures and Great Saiyaman.

I put it together myself. Someone on AACovers did custom Dragon Box DVD Books for all 14 books, with retraced images of Goku and Gohan, I put the spines together on Photoshop, cut Gohan out, but since part of his feet were cut out, I cut out his feet from the back of the book which was smaller so I upscaled it and positioned it with the larger image, then blurred it together, long story short. I've still got the image if you want it.

Well, basically for the same reason Freeza should have been on the second box as that is where the bulk (if not all) of his appearances in the form he is depicted on the cover of box 3 is contained. People have complained not only about Androids-era Vegeta being on box 2 but Goku being on the first box because of the kanji on his clothes.

The Dragon Box Gohan art suits Gohan during the Garlic Jr. through Androids sagas, thus either the 3rd or 4th boxes.

No unfortunately, since I can't find any complete images of Piccolo and SSJ Goku. Only part of Piccolo was shown on the spine of the outer box and SSJ Goku was in the corner of the front up to his torso. But with Gohan there was no problem.

I thought it would continue the same release schedule it had last year...it seemed pretty standard. Oh well, . Was hoping for it to be completed by the summer.

Also, I figured they would use this box art, since they used SSJ Goku on the season sets as well that were for this batch of episodes.

This would seem to be the most logical. Releasing DBox 5 before X-Mas would be great for sales, I would think.

It's possible. The releases have ranged from about 3-5 months apart. I'm guessing we'll see the 5th box between late December and early February.
