1 Returning fighter, 2 never before playable fighters, and 2 what-if fighters based on the original information.

Though there are actually somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 slots left on the roster to be filled, I think the max number was 8 if SS3 Broli and Vegeta were not separate characters and 6 if they were, but one of the squares has been confirmed to be a "random fighter" selection so cut that down to 7 and 5. Though we don't know if the fighters that will fill them have transformations or not so the actual number may be more.

I'm actually very confused on the roster, as we only have 1-2 slots, averaged, for returning fighters. We had Dore "confirmed" as a new fighter, and yet no mention of Sauza. But we're still missing some major characters like Mecha Coola. Spike is only making like 47.56% sense IMO. lol I'm not really complaining since it won't do much good, I just don't fully understand. xD

Supposedly we are getting a bunch of still shots, quotes, and possibly clips from the series as unlockables. We aren't getting cutscenes and the storymode is supposed to feature what-if scenarios during the fights, so they aren't using the animation for that before anyone asks. lol

The trailer damn near says it all but, hopfully we get a new interview soon. It IS TGS and all and since the game is like 6 weeks away I think its time to hear something new from the officials.

Something tells me it will be Cyborg Freeza... but, like in the Sparking! games, there have been many times where they've said "over 20" and it will be a fair amount over that. Like, in Meteor they said it was over 150... but there were 162.

I'll reserve my discontent for the inclusion of Saibaiman, Cell Junior and Kiwi when the final roster is confirmed.
