You could have just checked Gamestop.com... lol

Pre-order Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 and receive GameStop exclusive code to unlock enhanced powers for Krillin and Goku. The code unlocks these “enhanced” in both single and multiplayer modes.

* Krillin - His Ki abilities are more powerful.
* Goku - His Ultimate Attack move is stronger.

Available for online and in-store customers only while supplies last.
I am loading a movie which slows my computer. Such sites like gamestop would be back breaking for my computer while loading such things. No need to be a smart-ass about it. Thank you for the info though.

There was nothing smartass about my comment, I simply pointed out how easy you could have answered your own question. There is no way for me to be aware of your situation without you telling me.

Easy if I wasn't loading a movie right now.

On topic: I think the last spot will go to Neiz and Salza will be announced as well. I wonder if Bio Broly will ever be in a game.

He has enough moves to be in a game; I think they just don't want to do the character design.

But isn't the special part of the game? They're going to dub the cutscenes in the game, right?

The animation will not be dubbed it will be subbed by Toei (We've already know about this). Sort of like how they subbed the Jump Tour Special.

Everything in-game will be dubbed, just not the remake of the special.

Really? So all the voices are going to be Japanese? That's weird.

The special will not be dubbed. The game also will not feature traditional cutscenes. Whatever character dialogue the story has, as well as the traditional battle quotes etc. will still be dubbed as always. Chris Ayres has already confirmed he is is voicing all forms of Freeza in the game, so to say EVERYTHING will be sub only is incorrect.

So does that leave space for a QuickTimeEvent story like NUNS?

Well, we don't exactly have details on what Galaxy Mode is... All we've been told is that the game will not feature traditional cutscenes, and that the story will unfold as you fight. If you don't follow the original story path, as in the interview example "if you allow Goku to be defeated", a what-if scenario will unfold. I guess a QTE story is possible, but highly unlikely, and IMO, unwanted. The description makes it seem kinda like a variation of BT3' story, where you fight and then click the button to progress, and depending on when or if you push the button, you change how events play out...though I'm not sure there is a button this time? Dunno, they aren't exactly giving us a ton of information, and what they do give us isn't exactly detailed.

That's my issue though. They're dubbing some parts of the game (battle quotes), but not others (the special). Something's got to be up.

I just hope it's not the same story mode as in RB1 because that one sucked extremely. It was ok first because one was getting used to the new graphics and the fighting experience but when you had to collect the red stars for the shop that was just ludicrous.

Only answer I potentially have is that they dubbed the rest of the game before Spike was able to negotiate a contract with Toei to actually reproduce the special. And that by the time the script was reworked and the animation actually went into production and was finished, it was too late for them to restart anything with FUNimation. Everything seems to lead me to believe that the actual special was an afterthought, though the inclusion of the PtEtS characters and plot were to be included the whole time. Since it is technically an extra that wasn't required to be included, they don't have to treat it the same as the rest of the game.

I don't really care one way or the other, It doesn't affect me since I'll happily be watching it subbed. I understand those who wanted it dubbed, but all I can say is too bad and hope FUNi does something with it later.

Star Shop's Red Stars were horrible. Terrible idea...almost as bad as DMC's DmC reboot. -.-

Yep entirely agreed. The game was pretty half-assed.

I just hope Galaxy Mode will be something new and completely different. It sounds promising.

I have most of them, with the exception of the "Perfrom # Sways" or, "Deflect # Ki Blasts".

It seemed to be damn near impossible.

The sways were easy to me, I hate the 'knock your opponent down then perform a super'.

They should be gone by now, maybe something way better.

I don't understand, your opponent's entire body has to hit the ground, not just his back, or his feet, or head. One time I did my super a few seconds too soon and it didn't count.

What do you think would be a better substitution for the star system?

Dragon Balls? Points gained from fighting matches? I'm not sure myself.

We don't need any type of 'system.'
