Oh, hi there Smallville Season Ten premier!
I find it rare to come across people who still watch the show.
But I still do as well.... I'm pretty far behind, though.... I haven't started Season 8 yet.
And yeah, Cell Jrs with Kiko-Ho would be pretty neat.
Yo! Cal's the name. Nice to meet you!

Tossing in
Shishin no Ken for the Cell Junior's would be pretty cool too. It could work as a physical rush (four Juniors attacking at once) and then ending it with a possible ki-based technique (having the four fire the
Kameham-Ha or Makankô-sappô or...
Kikô-Hô). To make it a challenge that last part could be an add-on only available if you punch in the right buttons before the time limit runs out. :p

I'm currently in my "Oh God, I can't believe it's back!" phase. With this being the final season the hype is even more deathening.

Agreed. They are so much better than the ones in Raging Blast.

When I first saw the Goku/Vegeta ones from when the game was first announced I was a bit worried because they looked too shadowy but now that the game is further along, things are looking great.
Now if they could only get hair to react to the environments. [refers to how plastic Zangya's hair looks] Such as wind and if an attack hits close to you or hits the ground in general, there shoud be wind and all that coming from the spot.

I liked the models in RB1 a lot. They look perfectly clear and very true to the series imo. The only negative point I could complain about is that everything looks very pale. Not very shiny and high in contrast like RB2.
Although the models in RB2 look very much like plasticine they make it good with their shininess and powerful contrasted colors.

The one thing about RB1 was the SS hair. It was so bland and kind of a letdown to go from Base to Super Saiyan and have your hair be 'flappy' and a pale whitish yellow.
ALSO: I don't switch over to the JP language in DBZ games, but I assume the music is the same? WHEN are they going to add the music from the show? I can't remember a single one that had any Faulconer music or whoever does the JP score. It's always been made up music IIRC. I know the dub fans atleast would agree, that hearing the music from the show, especially like the "themes" for characters would be a great addition. [I don't know how the JP score handled events like that in the show, I'm still working through the Dboxes.]

I have to disagree. I love the pale yellow hair over the multi-shade yellow orange, I always have. I wouldn't mind if the hair was pale when the characters were normally fighting, and the darker shade while powering up and in High Tension/Raging Soul like in the show though.
What you're asking for isn't likely to ever happen now though. We've never really had music from the show as BGM in the games, even in the Japanese releases. And now that the dub music has been slowly pushed out the door in favor for the original scores, you really aren't going to get Faulconer music. Better off giving up hope on that, because the boat for that opportunity has already long set sail. We may eventually get pieces from the original score or from Kai, but I really doubting that after all these years.

Sparking! Meteor and
Sparking! Neo(retitled
Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for the NA and PAL releases) used the score from the show as BGM music but as you know this was changed for the PAL and NA releases. I'm not sure about the first one.

Can't you switch the score in RB1 to your own personal music? You could just upload the score to your console and have that playing.

Hmm,...did they? I never bother importing games beyond the DS. I did know the score was changed in the Sparking/Tenkaichi series for the releases outside Japan, I just didn't realize they even used the show's music. I just figured they used music that resembled the original score and then we got whatever crap we got...recycled Budokai series music wasn't it?

I don't think it was. At least not all of it. There were some amazing tracks in Budokai that I know aren't in the Tenkaichi games.

The soundtrack for:
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2, specifically, had one of the greatest, original soundtracks for any DBZ I've played in a long time.
I've searched everywhere.
Who composed the music for BT2?

Tenkaichi 1 used recycled Budokai music. While Tenkaichi 2 and 3 had original music composed for it when the original score was replaced.

Ah, excuse my ignorance then. I don't really follow the music in the games. I turn the BGM off in the options and if I feel like having music, I play whatever I want from the console or my computer, so I really have no idea what was done. xD

Has anything been revealed about the story mode of this game yet? I recently bought a PS3, and for the first time in awhile I have a good amount of disposable income. I may pick this up soon. (I'll choose this game or Burst Limit anyway.)

All we have so far:
-"Galaxy Mode"
-No cutscenes, the story is told during the fights.
-What-if scenarios can unfold during the fights.
-The events from Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans will also be playable in the story.
Don't ask for more detail, because no one but Spike can tell you anything else.

Who composed the music for BT2?
Going by the end credits of the game, they basically had multiple teams working on different sections of the soundtrack. Then from BT3 and onward with Raging Blast and presumably with Raging Blast 2, they switched to some new guy, Toshiyuki Kishi.

Thank you so much for your input. This is enough for me at the moment.

The spamming issue that RB1 had better be fixed in this one... seriously.
